Called Sunbit to determine why Sunbit credit card denied. I spoke with customer service (courteous and professional) who did her job and would send out a new replacement card when one transaction was not identified. However, when informed it would take two-weeks by her for the new replacement card I requested to speak with a supervisor. By verifying all previous transactions that were all mine, the did identify the transaction which I remembered (I am 66 years old) and the block was lifted by the supervisor and there would no need to have a replacement card. Both the customer services rep and her supervisor provided sterling service and were courteous , professional and understood how my purchase habits from less high charges ($130.00) to more low charges ($2.00) could be interpreted as fraudulent transactions.

I spoke to Aisha, and she was excellent ! She was very professional, very sweet & got all the information the first time I gave it to her without having to repeat myself. I appreciate her exceptional listening and multitasking skills. Great asset to Sunbit! This company has done an outstanding job on multiple occasions by far my easiest credit card company to deal with. And their customer service exceeds expectations.

My assigned Agent at Sunbit was Extraordinary. It is rare to have a Professional Agent whether on-line or in Person who demonstrate Excellent Oral Communication with her customer's. It was a delight to receive excellent resolution to my account as well as receiving Policy requirement &b Information involving multiple customer's for 1 Loan Approval. Her diversity of Knowledge and the Spirit of Patience was "Outstanding". A Star 10 for this Young Lady as well as a nice Raise! I chose not to do the loan that Sunbit approved me for and the customer service representative was extremely helpful. She even stayed on the phone with me and walked the Toyota dealership representative through the process of how to cancel the loan. The loan is a great option for people who qualify, I just chose to pay for my services in full. I did extremely appreciate the help I was given by their representative Avonne. (Not sure how to spell her name) but she was very professional, polite, and patient with me through the entire process.

My experience with Sunbit Customer Service Rep Ms. Edward's was Awesome!!!!! Very nice lady who helped me with my account and I appreciated that she was very cordial, friendly and letting her know that I wasn't Janet Jackson the singer, but that I was born before her and that after my name some people have a very long "PAUSE" and have a very good laugh🤣!!!!!! I spoke to Ashley , a customer representative from sunbit. She was wonderful, she helped me with my issue and made to to follow-up with me the next day to make sure everything was correct. I have really been pleased with Sunbit, and their very professional customer care team. I recently had occasion to call and I was worried that my situation could cause some confusion, and that it may take a while to be resolved. I set aside 15 minutes for the call, but I reached an agent named Sean Harris. I found him to be knowledgeable and very courteous as well. Sean listened and heard me the first time. He then quickly addressed the issue, and it was resolved within 5 minutes. He was a Rockstar! My experience was great and I feel like a fan of Sunbit customer care now. Sunbit has helped me manage the repair costs for my BMW. I purchased the vehicle at an affordable cost and I am happy to have Sunbit help me financially. This company rocks. For me, it rates 1000 on a scale of 1 to 10. Excellent customer service!

Easy Approval, Easy Experience. I needed some work done on my car and my dealership offered Sunbit as a payment option. I didn't have to come out of pocket and the payments were painless. Next time I have a major repair, I'll use them again.

I had just purchased a brand new car and some kind of way my son put too much transmission fluid into my car. so I had to take it back over to the dealership and it cost so much to get it done. Not only has Sunbit helped me with my car repairs they have also helped me to build credit with their Sunbit Visa credit card. I tell everyone about them even businesses. So they can help and get more clients. The customer support is always nice and helpful, and they work with you at every turn or bump that may come along.

I would not recommend Sunbit at all. I had my card info get stolen so I had to cancel the card. I didn’t remember each and every single thing I had connected to auto bill pay. So I was late on the very last payment and when there customer service team called they were so unprofessional I thought it was a scam and didn’t give out any card information over the phone so they reported it to the credit bureau and it hit my credit. Every other month was good because of the auto bill pay. Then I spoke to a rep named Narda who told me soon as I paid it it would clear off my credit but then when it was time to get off the phone she said it may take up to 60 days. So she lied just to get my money then to add to that I was asked to speak to a supervisor and was not only placed on a long hold but a supervisor who said her name was Summer came onto the phone laughing said her name then hung up as I was speaking.

Sunbit helped me with a loan when I needed it most. I was informed of Sunbit by Toyota in Milpitas. (Work done on my car) Sunbit also made it very easy and convenient in giving me options on my monthly payment. I now have the Sunbit credit card. Sunbit Is a great source of loan/credit card

Horrible customer service! If I knew how to give 0 stars I would! In less than 3 weeks. I referred 5 auto loans. As part of the promotion, I haven’t received compensation for any of them with the exception of 1! I’ve called to speak to customer service multiple times, with the intention of following up. One had an attitude that was terrible!! The others committed to calling back and never did. I wanted to fully transfer my banking over to CUTX but I’ll be taking my business to elsewhere.

Sunbit is good being a 3rd party only concern I have is the communication between Cycle Gear and the 3rd party on returning items canceling accounts and Cycle Gear is supposed to send in a email that the customer did a return so the customers bank account doesn’t continue to being charged which I’m having the issues now and it’s confusing because how can someone be charged for an account that’s closed and paid the interest fee and some how cycle gear claim they credit to the other loan you can’t do that you have to close the account then charge the customer for a new account which is stupid. Sunbit was very good to me up until beginning of JANUARY. I’ve requested a new card for 4 months now. I keep getting told its being “expedited” by your reps and supervisors. I’ve called every few weeks to see what the deal is and I keep getting told the same thing. I got this card to slowly build my credit up and this is doing the complete opposite. Horrible customer service and communication on your part.

Sunbit made it extremely easy for me to complete all the necessary repairs on my car as opposed to having to get repairs done individually. I highly recommend them. Thank you Sunbit

Worst experience of my life. Very stressful process, high interest rate, unprofessional and rude workers. Very unstructured office, no response to email. Worst of all, they're thieves. Better run for your life. Naija is already stressful, these guys are far worse. I'm still trying to get a refund on a funds they stole from my account even after they issued my a non-indebtedness letter.

So I was referred to this program from a representative at Brickell GMC, Mr. Jonathan Diaz who really did not explain how procedure worked because we were under the impression my car would be fixed. I was simply told i was financing the work that needed to done on my car and that with this particular company..sunbit that I would have to put up a deposit of $400 which I did. Unfortunately, the work could not be completed and this where my effn NIGHTMARE has begun. I was due a refund and received it but I am most certain that something is not right between Sunbit who is alleging that $1450 was sent to Brickell GMC for completed work and NO WORK WAS COMPLETED. That is for starters. I have been getting the runaround trying to get to the bottom of the situation. I'm exhausted now. I really don't wanna pay Sunbit at all because of the shady business practice but unfortunately we live in a world where credit is paramount so I will pay to keep my credit rating from failing. But absolutely sinful what compaines are doing to consumers

I don't know where to beging! Since Sunbit came into my life it has completely changed due to this marvelous company. They have help me with my dental financing and my car mechanical issue also. I have a Visa account with this company also. When Sunbit told me that I was part of their family they truly meant it. They really took care of me. I would recommend them to everyone who is struggling with their credit. Sunbit help and builds your credit. Thank you Sunbit family!!

Sunbit was here when I needed them the most and . left from beeing there with a set of tires from Lee Edwards Mazda. to getting my own credit card that was awesome all I can say there #1 in my book.

We had a great experience using Sunbit at Bill White in Fort Smith, AR. The only part that was frustrating was that they wouldn't take our CashApp card for payment. After a bit of scrambling, we were able to transfer the money to a bank issued debit card to send. Otherwise a good experience!

The worst company EVER! They are not credited by the Better Business Bureau! They are just scamming people. Check your recipes and your records carefully because they will add money to your loan

My sister got a loan with this place they are shady and rude. when she ran into difficulty with the outrageous payment she tried to ask for them to reduce it temporarily they refused they wanted the whole payment or begin the repossession process. they resorted to calling friends and relatives discussing her debt and even our landlord where we reside. they kept telling her they had options for her and when she called the only option was make the payment she could not afford or pay the loan in full. they ended up repossessing her car from the handicap parking at the dental office while my niece was having dental surgery. we will be seeing them in court soon.

I was very happy to have my solar panels financed by Sunbit. It allowed me to have enough panels to completely cover my electrical usage, at a low interest rate and very reasonable monthly payments.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Sunbit. Being able to finance a very expensive auto repair with Sunbit was instrumental in my being able to keep my automobile, and the customer service/website is very user friendly.

This company kept sending me a pre-approval offered and I finally contacted them. Ryan Calimquim from forwardLine called me and telling that I was pre-approved. Requested to send my business bank account statement and he will get back to me in a few hours. It's been 2 weeks and haven't heard from him. Emailed him but no response. At least give me a courtesy email to let me know they will not give me a loan and stop sending me pre approval. Don't do business with this company. They are not professional and just wasting your time. SCAM! They don't even deserve one star of my time.

This morning I had the pleasure of speaking to CSR Jakari who was most helpful, professional and kind. I sure did appreciate his tone of voice and kind words that reassured the safety of my account because I lost my credit card..

This company is an absolute disgrace. This entire process has been nothing but frustrating. If I could give them zero stars I would. I'm definitely going to reach out to the SBA and let them know the multiple concerns of businesses trying to get PPP loans, PPP loan forgiveness, etc. Besides the reviews on this platform, there are multiple Facebook groups that advise you to steer clear of this company. I wish I was a member of these groups before I started the process with The Loan Source. It's just not fair how they conduct business. The lack of communication and the primitive website are enough to make you want to scream. Chat is a waste of time and the email responses read as if they were written in haste with no level of professionalism of thoroughness. Don't waste your time. Steer clear.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are absolutely ruthless and operate off of the basis of “helping small businesses” when in reality they hurt them. Anthony Mariani and Jared Jackson are egotistical sales reps that are no better than used-car salespersons. Anthony Mariani can barely speak proper English and uses high pressure tactics to persuade you into taking high interest monies and moreover can’t compose an email for the life of him. This company uses false advertisement as a means of marketing and should be shutdown once and for all. It is shocking to me that they have managed to stay in business as long as they have considering their deceptive and unethical business practices.

Sunbit is a lifesaver for me as a senior citizen with a very limited income. I had a few burps getting it all started as I'm seriously technologically challenged, but a sweet customer service representative named Ashley was able to explain everything to me in terms that I understood & she stayed on the phone with me until I had a working account. She's an angel, extremely professional, kind, & knowledgeable about Sunbit- and she never made me feel like she wanted to rush me off the phone or that I was dense for not knowing what must people likely understand very well. It's a great company with great employees.

I was happy to find out there was assistance available for getting my glasses. Thank you Sunbit for helping me out when I really needed it. My car needed repairs that I couldn't afford with prices increasing everywhere and me not working. I was offered a payment plan from the dealer shop with low monthly payments. It was affordable and convenient to make the payments. If my car needs future repairs I will definitely be contacting you again.

This company helped me to be able to purchase tires and a battery. I was not expecting the battery and tires are so expensive now. They allowed me to split up the bill in 3 monthly payments, which really helped. And also to make their payment fit when I get paid from Social Security.

I've had interactions with 2 of the kindness, sweetest young girls I've ever spoken to. They're very kind and sincere. These girls aren't included in the nasty one I spoke to, gave my payment information to, because I couldn't log in, and she never made it for me. Although the interest rate is high, I'll be paying this off in a few months to save myself some money. TlSunbit is very easy to work with.

I called today because my automatic withdrawal is set for 4/17. This month I had a dilemma and knew that money would not be there by the 17th. I spoke with DiMaria (not sure of spelling of her name). She was professional, kind and made me feel valued as a customer. She explained my options, spoke clearly and was able to also change my due date. I have had to get extensive and very expensive dental work. (Tooth Implants). I recommend Sunbit to everyone especially if you need immediate help. I had same issues with other business credit accounts and they did not know what to do; had me on line for a long period of time and it was hard to understand what they were saying. This loan came in handy when we needed work done on our car and didn't have or want to come out of pocket thousands of dollars. It was a decent plan/ payment for the duration of the loan. The process was very easy to complete. I just didn't like the interest rate on it.

I recently applied for a loan. And I have never been late or asked for any exceptions at any time. I requested additional cash and was told I needed a co-signer - even with a good payment history. Was originally informed when I signed up for the loan that I would have the option to change payment methods, including credit card or mailing in/personal check. After speaking with customer support, they insisted that those methods have never been options; the only accepted payment always was/is debit card/bank draft. Will NOT RECOMMEND Sunbit to anyone ever. Unacceptable.

This people are thieves. If you transact with them you won't only be frustrated during the process but even after you have cleared your loan. They continually debited me without my consent, no response to mail and the lady who managed my account was constantly rude and went as far as blocking my number. I'm left with the option of visiting the offices to create scene. They are the worst. Pls learn from my experience.

Was on hold for an hour to speak with someone no one came to the line. If i wanted to hold it would hang up. Put my info for a call back no one called back or answered my email. They should change their hours if they dont have anyone available. would have been a helpful company to assist with my payments. Wish could have been assisted like all the customers reviewed bellow. This loan company has caused me a lot of trouble. They debited my account without my permission, I didn't initiate the transaction yet they have refused to refund me. I have bills to pay, medical inclusive, I explained and messaged them everywhere yet they don't want to release my money. I have the proofs of debit and all conversations I had with them are recorded. No resolution date was promised.

I found sunbit to be a game changer. I didn't know how i was going to get my car repaired. The process was easy to get done and the repayment was very accommodating for me.

This has been the worst experience dealing with a financial institution I have ever encountered. Almost every month the routing numbers for my payments change, which then I have to call back AGAIN correct and incur a late fee. I have made so many calls to this institution that I can't even count without resolution. Why I had to call 4 times to pay off account that LendingUSA messed up by using wrong routing number boggles the mind.

I am a retailer, I use their services for financing my customers. I like the 0% finance option for 6 months! I don't like that they take almost a week to fund the business & their customer service is RUDE!

Your company is friendly. Your policies make it easy to work with you when life happens and cash flow is spotty and reduced due to other circunsrsnce, and still get loan paid without being punitive. I would use you again in a heartbeat

Terrible approcah. When I told them NY is a long way from me, he got smart and said, " oh yeah,someone local, well they get their money from us, buddy", it closed any shot they had at helping my business. Need to be better trained and less uppity, and condescending, to have a shot.
