The replacement fence looks awesome! Before starting Superior handled all the details including the HOA submittal. The crew took great care to avoid the underground fiber and sprinkler system. They made sure everything was to our satisfaction before leaving at the end of the day.

Gotta say. The sales rep was great. He was on time and didn't BS us. The crews were on time, and respectful. They finished the job in a day, and we thought it was outstanding until... We applied weather seal on our fence and noticed all the nails that didn't get into the cross beams. [See images]. We also noticed one of the planks got split by the nail [see image]. That should have been noticed and corrected by the crew. There were plenty of extra planks to replace the defective one. The nails should have been noticed as well. There was no mystery where the cross beans were, and this is just careless. $8,000 should have gotten us better workmanship.

Excellent work from beginning to end. Justin and George installed a new fence for us on yesterday 3/15/2022 and the workmanship was superb. Both gentlemen took and answered my questions, before, during and after the installation. There were just a couple smudges on a few posts that I couldn't remove afterward, and I took pictures and sent to the staff and today 3/16/2022 the Operations Manager came out and took care of those smudges immediately (Great Customer Service). Great work by the entire staff, to include the ladies Brittany and Madeline at the office, who ensured that my information got to the right people. Thank You

Superior Fence did an awesome job with not just installation but with the estimate and presentation as well. We had several people come out and give estimates but chose Superior Fence based on the time Justin took to go over everything and gave the estimate presentation on an iPad which was helpful and looked more professional for showing the HOA for approval. I didn’t go with Superior Fence because they were the cheapest. Or because they could do the fence soon (although they were able to get scheduled sooner than originally expected. And their price was fair). I chose them for their professionalism, quality and integrity. We had a few hiccups along the way, some out of their control and the other things they came right back out and fixed promptly without charging extra and we were extremely thankful and appreciative. Everyone from the person calling to set up the appointments, to all the group of people who installed the fence were friendly and professional. We are happy, and our dogs are even happier playing in their fenced backyard. Thanks Again! 😊👍🏽

Marcus ans his crew were wonderful. They arrived early, kept me updated on their progress and any problems they encountered. They worked fast and came back the next day to correct some things that were out of their control. Overall good experience!

We had our fence installed March of 2021 - spent over $7,000 on the install. 80% of the fence looks good, but some of the posts/walls are very wavy and tilted. While it's keeping everything fenced in, it does not look the best. We recently noticed that we had a loss of pressure in our sprinkler system, so we had an irrigation company come out and take a look. Turns out they had put a fence post through one of our sprinklers pipes and it has been causing a leak since early 2021 that we did not notice. Superior Fence does not cover the cost of damaging these sprinklers, so I am left with a somewhat wonky fence, and the bill to fix my sprinkler system that they messed up. Overall, we do not recommend and would have gone somewhere else had we known this is the type of craftsmanship that comes from them. I'll be awaiting the response where they tell me it's our fault because our "irrigation company installed our lines in the way of the fence." Give me a break, what a joke of a company.

I am completely satisfied on waiting for Superior to install our fence!! I can understand why there’s a wait for the best!! From the salesman Ralph with his expertise of the various products to ensure our satisfaction in the best choice for our needs, to the totally professional installers Cortland and Kevin!! Cortland and Kevin went above and beyond I could not ask for better installers. These two gentlemen take extraordinary pride in there work and it shows!!

We are so happy with our new fence that Superior Fence installed. We priced the fence out with multiple installers and we are happy we chose to go with Superior Fence. They were little more expensive than others but it's well worth it. We just felt more comfortable with their level of professionalism throught the whole process so that is why we went with them. The installers were super nice and worked fast. The install only took a day and fence is high quality and looks great! We can't be happier with the fence and the whole experience. They are well worth the money!!!!

The work went in very fast and looks great. We latter discuvered that the installer drilled through our sprinkler system with almost every single post they installed. I estimate 15 breaks and more than $1000 in repairs. I called and asked that Superior atleast inspect and assist with the repair cost. They absolutley refused pointing our the fine print in there boiler plate terms. They did $8000 of work on our property and similar amouts for two of our neighbors per our referal and still refused to even consider assisting in repairing their damage. I am also a small business owner and have refered Superior to my customers. I will no longer do so. Extremely dissapointed.

I am delighted with my new fence. My husband and I are very pleased along with out pom, Pepper. Now, she can run in the yard without our worrying about her getting out. The crew was very professional and respectful. We enjoyed the installation. They were highly qualified in their workmanship and did a great job. Justin was our foreman with Shawn and Blake. Qudos to them!

FINAL UPDATE: Happy customer. I was contacted by the company, they came out, looked at my concerns and arranged for the repairs two days later. They truly stand by their work. I only wish more companies honored their commitments. UPDATE AGAIN: Four visits and still not what I paid for. They have fixed the gate somewhat to my satisfaction, not what I was hoping for. The last gentleman that came out explained that the corners were the way they were because of the strange angle of my back property line. I can accept that, but I wonder what they would have done had the put the good side outside as I had requested (I was told by the installer that I had to have the good side in or I would lose too much backyard (not sure why). Having said that, when he finished the gates he told me that I needed to contact the company again to talk about the boards I had issues with. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO? I have boards with multiple nails on one cross beam, none on another, or nailed too high or low. My fence is supposed to be 7 feet tall, one board may be 6' 11", the next one 7", etc. Pictures speak a 1000 words. See below. UPDATE: I was contacted by Superior Fence, they made an appointment to come see me. Their troubleshooter took care of all the issues, and I am now able to give them a 5 star because of their willingness to please and not treating me like a "problem customer" I was treated with respect, they apologize and made it right. Thank you Superior for correcting the issues. I really wanted to be able to give Superior a 5 star rating, but boy they have fallen way short. Pros: they came out when the were scheduled. They were quick to call back after I called regarding my concerns. Cons: I noticed gaps between planks on my board on board fence in about 70 places. There were nails that did not go into the cross bars, nails left on the top of the corners, one of the aluminum gate braces had a metal spike sticking out. Some boards were 1 1/2” apart, others over 4. Also nails that grazed the edge of the top board. I paid for fence removal and they left a fence post. They came out and arranged to make corrections. Repair team came out, replaced 102 boards. Knot holes in some that have since popped out. Nails were still showing on the cross bar side of the fence and other issues were not addressed. In addition the left loose nails on the ground, including one in a board piece standing straight up. Good thing my dog or grandkids did not step on either. I called again after I came home and left a message. No return call. Called the next day, and the troubleshooter called the following day. He came out the following day, snipped the nails at fence level, pounded the nails that were left in the top oh the corner boards, and clipped the metal spike on the fence. Said he would return on Friday or Monday to replace a board that was much shorter than the rest. That was one week ago, no call, no show. I am so sorry I chose this company, especially after all the referrals and good ratings. What went wrong Superior? If you choose to use this company, stand over their shoulders. After my parents had a good experience with Superior Fence and Rail I decided to get an estimate. Their prices were good compared to others I estimated. They did a fantastic job and were very speedy. I would definitely recommend this company!

James and his crew did an amazing job with the install. I was not home at the time but they treated my wife with respect and managed to make the process go way smoother than expected, especially considering the massive amount of live oak trees and subsequent roots our yard. Very pleased with Superior fence! Robert and Devin came yesterday to install my fence. They were so polite and patient! I couldn't ask for more professional and caring guys! Despite periodically fighting with rain and mud the installation team of 4 installed a quality 241 linear foot replacement fence in about 15 hrs. The team also did a great job of cleaning up the mess upon the job completion. I am happy with the quality/price and would recommend this business. The use of 6" x 6" for gate posts was a nice add vs. what I've typically seen. Kudos to a professional team led by the foreman Korey Taylor.

We had a fence installed today. This included removal of the previous fencing and tying into existing fence. The fence looks great!! Augustine and Nick were very professional, and finished the job quickly.. even though Mother Nature did not want to cooperate. This is the third time we have had Superior Fence and Rail do work for us and it is always a wonderful experience. We highly recommend them.

the crew was on time and courteous. They began to work as soon as we did a review of the plan. they finished the same day. Very skilled and outstanding teamwork between themselves. It was a 97 degree heat index day, but they were real soldiers. quick removal of old wood and then the new wood was installed immediately. also good clean up and final details. these 3 men Nick, Adam and Augustine all deserve praise, recognition of a job well done in that sweltering hot sun. They deserve a RAISE. Management would do well to retain these 3 guys, because of their high ethics and standard of work and of course skills and expertise.

This company did fencing work for us earlier in the year and we were so satisfied with the outcome that we called them back for a second project. We were impressed with their professionalism from the first consultation with Ralph to the final visit from Robert and Errol who orchestrated the installation of a fence/driveway gate project. Robert encountered a few installation obstacles one might find in this historic district but quickly problem solved resulting in a beautiful end result. If I had a need for more fencing, I would call them back again!

The crew was on time and ready to go. Korey, the crew lead, immediately introduced himself and we walked the property just as the sales rep had told me he would. We reviewed and discussed the placement of the gates and best approaches to addressing the needs of my property and how fence would be installed to my desire. When the fence was installed a few minor items were noticed and Korey corrected them at my request. Korey and his crew built me a custom 6 foot stockade fence and I feel I received excellent customer service and a fence I'm very proud to say I paid to have installed on my property.

Just had a new vinyl fence installed to replace our old one that was falling apart. The crew with Cameron, Steven, and Davis were very professional and very courteous to work with. I was amazed at the efficiency of the company. They showed at 8:15, did a quick walk through and got started. Old fence was down, dumpster dropped off within an hour. Throughout the day more crew men showed to help and then left as the job was closing. Cameron, Steven, and Davis cleaned up did a final walk through and went on their way. They were done before 4pm on the whole job. Highly recommend, we searched for a while to have the fence replaced, only to get frequent no shows or poor service. Had to wait a while for the estimate done by Brad and then another 6 weeks for the install, but all was well worth the wait for a job well done. They also walked us through the permit process so all was easy and flawless. Thank you!

Superior Fence & Rail provided an excellent product and installation service. We have used Superior several times in 2 different homes with different fencing styles. All our neighbors were impressed with how quickly they performed the take down of the existing and installation of the new fence. Their installers were professional and courteous and left the property looking great! We highly recommend this company.

Cameron and his crew did an excellent job in constructing our stockade fence. Our job included about 900 feet of fencing and was completed well within the timeframe we were told by the salesperson with whom we met before committing to the job. Cameron called me when I was told I would be contacted on the morning of the job start and when the work was completed. He walked the fence line with me before starting the work, listening to the items I wanted to point out. We are very pleased with the fence which is exactly as we wanted and the site was cleared of all remnants from the installation. Based on the work Cameron and his crew performed on our job, I would have no reservations recommending Superior Fence and this crew for other fence jobs.

Cameron, Steven, and Davis showed up at my house on time, as promised. They were very courteous and professional, and even patient as I had to remind a neighbor to lock up their dog. They were careful around my plants, and checked with me about a couple of potential trouble spots with the installation, including showing me one spot where the gate couldn't be installed the way I originally wanted, and worked with me so I was happy. Cleanup was thorough - there were some areas that looked better after they left than when they got there. Not the cheapest place in town to get a fence, but great service, excellent installation, and quality product. Count me a happy customer.

I got quotes from a few companies, most of which didn't bother to show up on the day promised, or never called back with a quote at all. But Superior called me back, came on the day promised, submitted a professional estimate, and communicated quickly. Installation was scheduled quickly. Murph, Jesse, and Jordan were the installers, and they worked hard in the cold rain all day to get the fence installed perfectly, leveled, and even cleaned up all the mud all over it. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Cameron’s crew showed up earlier than expected and started work right away. There was very little talking between the members of the crew. I was fully expecting the job to take two days, but after removing the old fence and installing over 230’ of fence with two gates and they cleaned everything up and left before 4:00 pm. Our entire experience was excellent. It honestly all went smoother than we could have even hoped. Superior Fence & Rail of North Florida were recommended to us by a neighbor. We all were looking to get fences out in around the same time and having them match was a concern, but the customer service sold us. We really appreciated that our rep, Dakota, was willing to work with us and our neighbors behind us to give the best prices for both jobs (they had less linear footage than us and on their own would have had less discounts). The fence line along the back of our properties was shared and they completed both jobs on the same day. Horace, our installation team lead, could not have been more personable and professional. Any time they ran into a slight issue (rogue water pipe) he brought it to our attention and explained their work around. The whole team were also happy to answer any questions that we had. My partner is in construction and was very impressed by how well run the team was and what a great job they did! I can’t express what high praise this is as he is very observant and critical about proper, correct installation and efficiency (it’s his job). I really can’t articulate how impressed we were from start to finish. We highly recommend Superior Fence & Raul of North Florida! Oh and our 2 100lb puppies LOVE their yard now! We humans didn’t realize how much we would enjoy it as well!

Very happy with the work that was done. I had the team of Horace, Oscar, Jesse, Cedric and Danny show up first thing in the morning. They were working really well together and had no problems navigating around my property working efficiently. The crew did a great job working around the trees and having the fence look great. Very professional crew showed up, Murph, Cruze, and Kevin. After reviewing the work orders with me they got right into the job. The quality of the materials was first rate, it’s now a much better fence than what was replaced. Looks great too! After the work was completed everything was cleaned up, even raked around the work area. I highly recommend using Superior for your fencing needs.

This is the 3rd time I have used Superior Fence & Rail. The most recent job was for my mother in law's house. The customer service was better than other companies. The quote was detailed and well explained. Kyle and his install team were very professional and made sure we had exactly what we wanted before he started. He called when a change had to be made and he was very careful with the appearance of the fence. I would highly recommend this company. They were honest and did a great job.

When having a huge project like an entire new fence, it’s important to choose someone that you can trust. These guys were beyond amazing! Brad helped get everything set up & scheduled in a reasonable amount of time, and then Brian and his crew came out and put my entire fence up FAST!! With two pups, I appreciate that.They kept me informed every step of the way, and always were sure to ask my opinion on things before just doing them. When I used Superior the first time I did my due diligence. I interviewed three different companies and liked them all. So I went with the one that had the best review it was Superior Fence & rail. The workmanship and team work on Brian's team was also Superior! Class act. So let me save you reviewers a little time and highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed. The crew of Augustine, Diari and Winston. Called when in route. They arrived on time got to work after Augustine took me around the yard to explained what would be done and making sure he included me on any decisions that need to be made prior to putting the fence post down. The crew had lots of energy and was very professional, courtesy and friendly. It began to rain and crew kept working and completed the job in one day. The final walk through Augustine explained everything and made sure I was happy with the end results which I was. Then to paperwork he explained the warranty packet. I signed off on everything and the crew clean the yard and let a very satisfied customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

As they installed the panels, they wiped them down or washed them soon after to remove smudges and dirt. Upon completion of the job, they raked they effected area and asked that we carefully check the fence and went over proper cleaning techniques. Great company, I’ve used them twice. Same great result.

Superior Fence was very professional in handling our new fence project. They were very busy due to high demand, but got me scheduled and installed on schedule. Kevin and Murph did an amazing job on installing my fence! They made sure to go over everything beforehand. We ended up running into an issue with the irrigation system being right on the property line which was obstructing the line that the fence was on but they notified me and gave me several options to choose from to complete the job. They ended up moving my water sprinkler heads around for us and completed the fence with no issues. Awesome group of fellas. Highly recommend!

Connor started this process with his punctuality, appearance, professionalism, and knowledge. He had the property measured and 3 quotes ready in a flash. He was able to explain every step of the process, and there was a very comforting feeling with that. On the day of install, the dumpster arrived as scheduled. Augustine called about 15 minutes out, as I was told they would. He arrived with his crew of Adam, Melvin, and Jasmyn. Those 4 tore out the old and had the new vinyl up in a flash. We had a fence and gates installed at our home. In addition to installation we had Superior Fence & Rail out for a repair on one of our gates. Superior Fence & Rail had a serviceman named Alex who came out to our house immediately and repaired our gate to perfection. Updated review: I had previously given this company a one star review bc of the salesperson I had…. However I still decided to go with them based on their reviews and the fact I already had a quote and needed to replace my fence sooner than later. I am so glad I chose to use them. The crew that came to install my fence more than made up for what the salesperson was lacking. BRIAN, KEVIN, NICK, and ANTHONY did a great job installing my fence. They did an initial walk through with me while listening to what I wanted and concerns (making sure there are no gaps for my dogs to get out) They worked for two days dealing with the rain and mud. I had a wooden fence, cap and trim style installed, as well as an aluminum puppy picket fence. The wooden fence was built on site and it feel and looks very sturdy. How can it not be when the posts are 6x6 inches and cemented in! I’m no longer worried about my fence when a windy storm comes. The puppy picket aluminum fence They installed looks beautiful as well. The crew was very careful around my sprinkler system and fiber cable. They do have to come and make one of my gates a little longer for me but no big deal… that area of my yard was a real pain for them to work in because it floods. I have no doubt they will do a great job when I schedule them to come back out. All and all I’m happy I decided to go with them. ******************************************************* Was hoping to use this business since they have nearly a five star rating.... I was given a quote last year and due to covid put off a new fence install... called and asked for an updated quote they said they’d get my previous sales person on it.... didn’t hear anything for a week... I reached back out and then finally received the updated quote... I replied to the email from the salesman with a couple questions, no response so I txt him after a week... claims he didn’t get my email so I send it again...he also tells me he should be able to get back to me fairly quickly... I also txt him to let him know I sent it... it’s now been another five days and no response.... maybe my definition of quickly is different then the salesperson...

I had my SECOND FENCE installed this week (2/2020) and it adds such beauty to my yard. If they had not done such an excellent job in 9/2018, I would not have called them back. Here is my initial review: I tried to show before and after. I have the back fence with the double gate and I also have the front fence with a side piece that allows me to hide the trash cans. All the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I describe the new look as "crisp". I am very pleased. /jet

My appointment was set for later in the month but they called and had something open sooner so I took it. Horace and his group called prior to arriving and got to work as soon as they got there. Since I chose to stay for the install (not required) they kept me involved when they had questions and I got to see the entire process. They cleaned up during each stage of the install. I felt bad because it was hot all day and it only rained for a few seconds. There was a breeze and occasional cloud cover which helped a little. Overall it turned out better than expected. I face a lake on the one side of the property which is on a curve and they angled it perfectly. Would recommend them to anyone who asked.

We just had the fence installed yesterday and we could not be any happier with it. The installers were here exactly on time, and the installation was fast and extremely professional. The finished product is sturdy and looks perfect. Judi in their office helped write up the proposal for our HOA, and it was accepted immediately, and Brittany called the next day to ask if we had any questions or concerns. As a new homeowner to the area I sought out several quotes from fence installation companies. I chose Superior Fence & Rail because they gave me a quote based on an onsite survey of my property (Justin Yerina) instead of over the phone like the other companies. And the quote I was given was lower than what I received from the other companies. On the day of the install, the crew (Murphy, Mike & Jamar) arrived on time, introduced themselves, explained what they had to do and went straight to work. After all my fencing was up I was more than happy with how it looked! Used Affordable Fence and received great service at a great price. Received a same day quote and they were able to accommodate me in short notice. Installers showed up on the date early and completed the job in 2 days. They were courteous and left the job site clean. Fence looks good, good quality, great service.

Dylan, Mike, and Jacob were the guys who did our fence. We had part vinyl on the sides and aluminum in the back. They did a great job and were very professional. The quality looks great and looks great next to the house. Dylan was also more than willing to work with us on any concerns we had and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I just had a vinyl fence installed a week ago. I must admit that Superior Fence did an amazing job. Jim Marley came out and gave me my original estimate. That price turned out to be excellent compared to what some of their competitors were quoting me. Originally Jim estimated that I might have to wait 5-7 weeks for my install, but they were actually installing the fence 2 weeks after I signed my agreement. On installation day, the crew showed up at 8:15 am ready to go. Jarrett, Kevin, Erroll, Jersey and Kyle were very friendly, answered all of my questions and worked with me to clear up any little issues that came up during the install (like my old fence being 3 feet away from my actually property line.) Everything went smoothly during my install and the guys were done by 3:30pm. I'm glad I used them for my vinyl fence and can't recommend them enough,

Cortland and his crew did an excellent job installing our new fence today. High quality materials and workmanship. Fence was built on site, 5/8 X 6 pickets, 2 x 4 stringers, concrete around all of the posts, and 4 x 6 posts for the gates. Highly recommend.

Sam guided through a walk-through of our yard where the proposed fence installation would be and explained to me what they're going to do. He reminded me to just let him know if I have any questions. We had a wooden fence that was pushing 20 years old and falling apart badly. We contacted 3 companies to give us quotes and, of those, Tyler with Superior Fence had the most thorough consultation process and the best approach to installation. The fence went in very efficiently (and looks amazing) and when they were done, they used the dirt from the fence post holes to fill in low/uneven spots along the bottom to keep our dogs from digging/getting out. Murph, George, and Anthony did a great job with our vinyl fence. They were prompt and efficient, even with a heavy downpour in the middle of the day. The fence looks great, and our pup is very happy to have a fenced yard now!

We were impressed with the quality of work done today. These men were polite and considerate of the property and detail. The fence improves the feeling of the back yard and we like that the gate opens both ways. Murphy Nick and Ronald made sure to clean up after themselves and ensured the yard was left clear of items. We enjoyed talking with these men throughout the day and will definitely recommend this company to others. Oh and Britani was also amazing staying consistent and strong against our HOA for 4 long months.

Extremely satisfied with the whole process! From David coming out to measure and quote something up to final install. David worked with our budget and helped me choose the right fence. My rep was Justin was truly humble and amazing with all the info and tips that he provided about our fencing needs. My install team Augustine, Adam, and Ronald was very punctual called ahead to say they were 30 minutes out, arrived early and maintained all social distancing protocols, built the fence to perfection all in one day without leaving any debri or damage to the property and lastly Brittany I spoke with her over the phone and through email, each time she was attentive, pleasant and super professional she even emailed the HOA on my behalf to obtain the necessary paperwork. This company is absolutely fantastic! I cannot recommend them enough. They arrived early, finished incredibly fast, and the quality of work was exceptional! Seriously awesome work! The crew we had working on our fence, Jarrett, Erroll, Kyle, Jersey, and Kevin went above and beyond everything I was expecting. They were amazing workers. Just had 110 Ft of wood fencing put up on one side of my property line for privacy, and 2 separate Vinyl areas installed to hide outside A/C equipment. Brendan and Ryan H. Came out and did the installation. They were very polite, efficient and professional. They did a wonderful job. Everyone that we talked with at Superior were very nice and polite. We never had a problem. Great company to work. Competive pricing.

Robert and friend (sorry I didn’t get his name) just came out today to install our fence and they did a great job! We purchased our materials through Home Depot and HD uses Superior Fencing to do the labor. Work and professionalism were top notch. Robert called the day of to give me a heads up that he was running a little behind which was greatly appreciated. He arrived at the job site and reviewed the plans and looked the site over to confirm the plans. As he was working he noticed a few major errors in the plans and brought it to my husband’s attention. Robert quickly made the necessary adjustments and had more than enough supplies to fix the mistake and get the job done right. Once the work was done, Robert did a final walk through to go over the basics of the gates and the adjustments he made. Everything was up to par and looked fantastic. Once we were done with our walk through, he went over maintenance and warranty and all the other usual paperwork. He cleaned up all the materials and any trash or debris and went on his way. We love our new fence, thank you Superior Fencing!!

Brad did a great job explaining the various options available for my fence project. He really made the beginning of the project seamless and easy. Jason and his crew were professional and efficient with the installation. The fence install went smoothly and the final product is fantastic. These guys are afraid to give a quote off another reputable fencing company’s drawing. It’s a quote for a reason, but I guess a drawing and survey isn’t enough for even that. Instead they want you to wait three weeks for them to come out. Makes sense why the initial company we were quoted from said shop their drawing, despite saying their price would be higher. These guys are scared to give an estimate on what would’ve been a $7,000+ job. It’s also nice how the secretary just laughs it off.

We decided to hire Superior Fence to install our fence after reading so many awesome reviews. We were definitely not disappointed! They did an awesome job! Korey was our foreman and he was very professional! He spent ample time planning before the install and going over the warranty after the install. We definitely recommend them!

I would use this business every time. From the salesman being in time and great to deal with to the team who installed the fence. They were punctual, friendly to deal with and did their damndest to figure out a tricky corner AND make sure to not damage the lawn after a month of rain. Great guys!!!
