From beginning to end, Gretchen H. made my experience informative and seamless. I initiated my contact with T&I because of the many google reviews I noticed while looking for the best place to consolidate my debt. Like many during these cumbersome times attempting to minimize my monthly obligations. Gretchen was in contact with me the very next day and explored the different ways T&I could help me. This was refreshing because the level of service that I received was better than that of my main bank of choice. I was informed that I was approved and saved thousands in interest by trusting T&I. This is truly a financial relationship that I look forward to growing with. In closing, when it was time to actually close on my loan, I was greeted promptly to warm and friendly staff. Amazing! I called the morning I was scheduled to pick up my new truck from the dealer to rate shop! Not only did they beat the dealers rate and all their credit lenders they use, they quickly approved me and I met them and got my check all within 4hrs of my phone call. Gretchen and Kyle where outstanding! Highly highly highly suggest using this family oriented, community serving credit union!! Literally beat out 7 different banks, credit unions and GMC financing . Kyle was amazing with credit counseling, and Amy worked with me to get a new affordable car! The turn around was fantastic and the care and professionalism they have is self evident in the multitude of conversations and transactions that occurred around me at the time.

I absolutely love this credit union. I actually live about 50 minutes away from here, so I don't visit the branch very often, but they have amazing customer service and make it easy to bank from afar. I've visited the branch a couple of times to deal with things that need to be done in person, and they are wonderful. I did my mortgage refinance through them and the process was made easy. I've never had a single problem with them in 10 years and I've had many many perfect experiences with them. They are helpful and really care about their customers!

I've been a member with T&I Credit Union since 1987 and have always been happy with the service they have provided me. I started with just a savings account in order to get a credit card. Since then, I have had several auto loans with them which they have always made a very simple process. The service is always helpful and friendly with a willingness to help you through good times and rough times. I have always recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.

I love T&I bank! I have used their banking services for over 15years. I couldn't imagine not having a quality credit union in my life--the service is far superior to any-other bank. I have used other banks during times in my life when I lived out of town, and it was always a very negative experience. T&I is consistently wonderful. And Nanette is so pleasant and helpful, and she is one example of how professionalism can be successfuly mixed with real small-town friendship. I look forward to seeing her and everyone there when I go in! It's the only bank for me!

We have had an account with T&I for almost 30 years. They are always helpful and cheerfully when conducting business. We especially like the smaller credit union and the personalized service. They can always be counted on when calling on the telephone and it helps to personally know who we're speaking with. The entire staff is great! I wouldn't do my banking anywhere else!

I was referred to T&I by a friend and I have to say I am very thankful. The Staff there was incredibly nice and did everything possible to find the best service for me and my financial goals. They have great knowledge and the Business Account Manager Chad really puts in the extra effort to make you feel apart of the T & I Family.

I presently do most of my banking needs through the drive in window. Nanette is always most helpful, friendly, and great at letting me know about credit union products that might be useful.

Started using them years ago because my father had an account there and have never found a need to open an account elsewhere in the past 2+ decades. Have both personal and business accounts and they are always very helpful with anything we need. Would highly recommend, especially if you are looking for a more personal experience with staff members who are pleasant and actually know who you are when visiting for your banking needs.

I've been a member of T&I Credit Union for many years beginning with my first car loan in my early 20s. They routinely have the best rates for auto loans that even the dealerships can't come close to beating. I always recommend people check out T&I before purchasing a new or used car. I do the majority of my banking electronically but when I have visited the T&I branch the employees are universally kind and knowledgeable, they give personalized and friendly service each and every time. They have a drive through and a drop box for after hours deposits.
