Usually financial institutions lack proper customer service and employees with vibrant personalities but not this store! Raziya always greets me with a smile and handle my transactions professionally. I must also note her efforts to keep me informed every step of the way. You’ve got a real gem on your hands. I can’t imagine taking my business elsewhere because of her.

I was greeted by Dyamond upon arriving & she had the best customer service I could have ever experienced! She greeted me with open arms and made me always want to return to that specific store to apply & get approved for my loans. She was very respectful when asking questions and very patient with me throughout the entire process of approval thank you again Dyamond!

I came in to get a small loan and with it being my first time I had plenty of questions, Dyamond was kind & patient and answered all my questions. Some places will try to “sell” products to meet goals but with Dyamond great customer service skills i was comfortable with applying for a loan I left having a great understanding of everything. This location is outstanding. The young lady Phyllis acknowledged me when I walked in even though she was helping another gentleman. That really stood out to me. She also made the process quick and smooth for me being that I wasn’t a member. She got my check approved and made me a money order for $700 that saved me an extra trip.
