I have never experienced such amazing customer service from a phenomenal brother like Mr Clarence at TitleBucks. He truly is amazing he went above and beyond to help us secure the funds we needed so that we can make everything we want happen. We were able to get in and out with a very low time waiting and we definitely enjoyed our experience. This was my first time getting a title pawn. Clarence and Porsha were very nice and professional. I will definitely recommend if emergency funds are needed, you can go to them and they'll walk you through the process.

Clarence is awesome. UPDATE!!!!! UPDATE!!!!!! PRIVACY CONCERNS!!!!!! I recently called in about my payment because I was going to be late. I spoke with Porsha and I was totally disrespected and my PRIVACY was INVADED. While on the phone with her she ask me for the phone number to the account. I could barely hear her because she had me on the speaker phone. I immediately felt my privacy was invaded. I ask her was I on speaker phone, she then remove me from the speaker but she would continue to be me back and forth on the speaker phone. She had such a NASTY attitude with me about it and I also heard someone laughing. I felt my privacy was invaded at the upmost disrespect.
