Look , I’m going to put this as simple as possible, PURE PREDATORY SERVICES . Understand your in a financial situation & make it worse , with a bait and switch tactic . Mislead you on ability to pay back loan , JUST DONT DO IT . You’ll be worse off when they left you . Although I paid off my Loan in less than the period of time I was supposed to , I could have paid off my loan & did . 3x . Interest is ridiculous , office clears are scammers . JUST DONT DO IT PS. They ask you to put good reviews on here . So safe to say most of these are fake! They asked me !! . They also delete the bad reviews as you can see there are none , read the signs & DONT DO IT

This location is one of the cleanest and welcoming in the physical appearance. The most rewarding was the experience... The agent Free was the most polite agent and bubbly. I’ve been getting title loans for 20 years, after 20 years I actually thought that these loan centers were the same ( crooks) until I walked through the doors of Title Bucks inTucson. These lady’s really take care of you. I arrived 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday night and they both stayed until my loan was approved, but the banks were already closed. What happens next is what separates them from the rest. They noticed my hardship on the banks being closed, they gave me $50 cash that was not part of the loan to help me until I was able to cash the loan check!!! Seriously who does that? I’ll tell you who, Title Bucks in West Tucson that’s who!! I live in far NE Tucson and it’s a 20 mile drive for me but it’s the only loan company I’ll use.

I have been doing business with Title Bucks for awhile now, and I must say...the staff here is Amazing. They're very helpful when you need them, they're very understanding, patient, and empathising when you're struggling to make a payment, and very supportive. They make you feel welcomed with their great smiles as soon as you walk through they're door... I have had a loan out with this Company for over a 18 Months and have made my payments on time, and in fact early, however recently my employer went through a sale process so we are currently under new management and all of the current employees payrolls are in limbo. I contacted this store location and asked to speak with the Manager. He identified himself as "Alejandro" my intent was to inform them of our situation and to find out what options (If any) are/were available. he got an aggressive tone and stated that if I was even 1 day late my loan would go into Default status, start accruing interest and be put on the Repossession list, despite making my $650 payment on time or early for the past 14 Months and then he stated that he don't make the policies and that only the president of the company could. To me this is extremely unprofessional and un called for. If I need to initiate a loan in the future, due to this experience I will not go back to this Company, nor would I ever consider doing business with them again, once my Contract is successfully completed. Especially if they are "Unable" to work with people who are experiencing issues outside their control.
