Got into a wreck after taking a title loan out, Harold was nice up until the accident. Said he would “help anyway he could with the title.” After that he became very rude and unprofessional. Would hang up and scream on the phone. Never going back again and strongly recommend not seeking their help. Paid them off and they didnt even TRY to make that easier even though i lost my car completely and they lied saying they “cared”. Smh
