Came in on yesterday night with a friend and was greeted at the door by Ms. Kim. She is such a wonderful and welcoming person. It was close to closing time and she stayed until almost 8 pm to make sure my friend got the money he needed and understood how it works. I would say she went over and beyond to help us and 2 other customers that came in right before time for her to leave. I will defiantly refer others to this location. Bre is the bee’s knees! I walked in this morning anxious over the money I owed and disappointed because the first Title Pawn place I went to said they simply weren’t interested in my car because it was too old and too rough. I wasn’t sure if I would even qualify for any type of title pawn. But I put my faith out there and drove to see Bre solely based off the reviews I read about her; I didn’t even have enough gas to get back home if I had been denied. She worked her magic and was able to get me approved for $200 more than I even asked for! She was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through how they do everything. She was also running the business alone and despite two computer stations not working and another customer being there she still gave me her undivided attention. I was probably in and out of there in about 40 minutes. Thank you, Bre!
