No names to be said but it was a great experience until they told me that a crack in my dash is not gonna let them do a loan. The guy before me had rope holding his hood down and a rope holding his back window closed in a mid 90's explorer. I really wish they would have waited too mark my title up. If you know what your doing they could have looked at it and said we can't loan nothing there is a crack in the dash board where the airbag is. Waist of my time went up the road to Alabama title loans and no problem got what I needed.

Customer service was outstanding! Megan the general manager walked me through everything I need to do! The Establishment was very clean! This will be my number one place I need to go when I need the job done!
