I really appreciate the outstanding customer service Ms. April and Ms. Allison gave me. They were extremely patient with me and ensured me that everything was correct and I didnt feel like I was going over my budget. I definitely recommend going there because times are tough and it the end of it the options they have me made me feel better about my decision.

I was happy with my experience until I have been given the run around for months about when I’d get my title back. I took out one loan, paid it off, and got my title within a week… Did the same thing a second time and was told by Allison (the GM) that the process changed, but because we paid off our loan before the change, our title would be back in 2 weeks. Two weeks rolls around and she says “nope, sorry.. it’s going to be the new process of 6-8 weeks”. I was very frustrated with this but there was nothing I could do so I just waited. Week 6 rolls around and I inquire about it and she tells me it’s taking longer than expected and she can order a new one from the DMV as a “courtesy” for me… then comes back and says she can’t. I say ok I’ll just wait. Here we are, week 11.. yes, ELEVEN… and I call to ask about my title and her coworker informs me that it was “one of the titles that were lost” and I would have to get the title back myself from the DMV. Not once has she called emailed or anything mentioning our title was lost??? And for her to expect me (at 39 weeks pregnant) to run around and pay for childcare, etc so I can go to the DMV and order a title is beyond ridiculous. Something needs to be done about this. Beware

Went in today, nervous about if anyone could help, but jessica did am AMAZING JOB , she made me feel and the processes very comfortable and easy. She was knowledgeable in any question that i had. I never do reviews but for this place I had to. I have been a repeat customer 5 times I believe now and yes every time I got my Title back free and clear of any liens. If you've ever visited the Titlemax on Hwy 90 in Mobile, AL ......3983 government blvd to be exact then you have met Kevin the site operator. Kevin I have to "SHOUT OUT" to you because in all the years I have been your customer my experience has ALWAYS without fail even one time ALWAYS you have done absolutely everything in your power to provide me with assistance in emergencies and even just for my big wedding day and when life throws me curve balls. No matter what my circumstances I know with confidence that Kevin will work with me.......Communication is key! Thanks Kevin again Your the Man!!!!!
