My experience here with my wife was horrible. We arrived at 10am when they opened. The lady took hours to get us processed because she turned her attention to other people instead of just filing out our paperwork. We brought our title in with Prof of the cars value in hopes that we could get the loan and get out as quickly as possible. Granted that both me and my wife called saying that we would be in late for work. It turned out being her having to miss a whole day of work, and me missing most the day. She makes sleeping bags for the military and I repair and fix up apartments for the low income people to have a place to live. The company I work for is called gem. Even with her having to do it manually. It shouldn't have to over 2 hours, and she explained everything very complex as well as wanting to try to charge us way over, and under charged us for the cars value on a loan. We asked for 2,500 with the value of 4,000 as a trade in or loan value. Only got 1,700. Will not be going back!

Vanita at the Haleyville store was great to work with. Easy to get along with and very nice. She did everything she could to help me. It took a little longer than I expected, but this is only** because I’ve always used a traditional bank before for and was unaware of the process before walking in the door. Overall is was a great experience.

They were wonderful very very helpful and nice and made sure I was satisfied before I left. I want to say thank you to Mrs. Wendy for helping us through this hard time. I recommend anyone in need to go here with your business.

I came in with my mom. These ladies are really nice. We were greeted at the door. They offered us drinks and snacks. My kids had a ball. They played with the toys while my mom was busy and they loved the rice krispy treats! These ladies didn’t mind my kids at all. They made us feel at home. Definitely will recommend.
