I was getting loans from titelmax. But know more. They have left me stranded for the last time. The first time. They left the ad open on Google for the fallen office. Even though it was closed. The second time. My wife had a heart attack and couldn't come with me so I called.. and made sure I wasn't driving all the way to Reno for nothing. They lied told me too come on in. Now I'm stranded in Reno. Thanks for nothing!

2020 E William street Carson city nv is the best office ever!!! Store manager Karen Benitez did everything for me and my husband. If I was you, I would ask for her personally. It was an awesome experience because of the help and accomplishments she gave!!! So inviting, understanding very professional but such great energy. This office is the one I would go to but even as much so the company as well.

Had great experience. Was a comfortable environment. Will definitely refer friends and family. Only problem I had was when I went to pick up money gram and the Walmart staff on market were rude and thought the paper was some kind of scam. Because someone had just come in with on.

Karin is amazing with a company called TitleMax in Carson City Nevada she’s triple tasking the day I came in and now she’s amazing she get on top of everything I will come back in the future.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in a bind with funds. The girls working in there are awesome. Extremely kind to everyone no matter what.. Miss Kayla is my favorite.. She goes that extra little bit to make sure you get what you need. And always has that smile on her face. Miss Gabrielle, and Miss Daisy are 100% Great. They too are always working hard and have excellent customer service skills. Never once have I been treated better in any other establishment. Awesome employees!! I just adore Kayla, she is so nice every time I call and she is always willing to work with us. I love the fact that I can chat with her like an old friend and we always end up sharing a good laugh. She's been a big help with our loans and she is super quick! Honestly, if it weren't for her I probably wouldn't like going here. (Seriously, no one really likes getting a title loan.) Thank you Kayla for making the whole experience a pleasant one and not one that makes me cringe.

These girls are awesome , I think Gabrielle is the one that helped me but it seemed like all were helping. I got in a bind waiting for an annuity check so I took my truck in and got a title loan . The process couldn’t of been easier and the woman in this place make the energy and set the tone doesn’t feel like a title loan place at all because of them. Thank you ladies!
