Ask for her on your next visit here for a loan... you will not regret it as she makes you feel at home and/or like family. She is very professional and very good at her job.She explains everything in detail and just really wants to help you get the money you need and explains the easiest and best way to pay it off as others wouldnt waist there time"next"... i left there without any lingering questions in the back of my mind. Both Ms. Janice and Lisa were extremely helpful and thorough. Despite their systems being down when we first came, and me not having the proper documentation, both were very patient and had a great attitude throughout. Though applying for a title loan isn’t a typically comfortable experience, Janice and Lisa made sure it was.
