I had a great experience here! I got the help I needed within half an hour at a great rate, and the manager that worked with me was as kind as could be. She even helped my friend- who it turned out didn't even need to co-sign like I had expected because the help was genuine and as long as I am able to work I am able to easily pay back. I love the app interface that makes making payments super easy as well. Highly recommend the service here!

She took a significant amount of time with me to explain exactly what could be done for me to successfully procure the loan I need at this time. The location on Kolb & Broadway gets 5 stars. Morgan Schwartz is the General Manager and helped me directly. She worked with me when I was having issues and helped get approved. She provides excellent feedback on all your questions and advices you in ways to benefit you. I highly recommend this place.

It's my second time getting a title loan here and they're always so helpful and friendly! Morgan, the general manager, is absolutely wonderful! If you've got little ones that need to tag along, they have a little busy table along with coloring pages to help keep them busy! Will definitely come back to this location if I need another title loan. Update: I always come back to this TitleMax and REFUSE to go anywhere else or work with anyone other than Morgan. She is so helpful, kind, and does so much to help me out! I love that I can come in and know she'll do what needs to be done to get me in and out ASAP. She's told me about the app, which makes payments even easier. Theyve even gotten new busy tables for kids to play with since the last review I left, which my toddler loves! (He also loves seeing Miss Morgan, but that's just another perk!)

Just got a loan from there and the whole process was easier and quicker than I thought. Morgan was extremely helpful and very nice, same with Kenia, who also taught me a little bit of Spanish while I was there haha! I would definitely recommend this place, great people and great customer service!

Such an awesome place saves the headache of having to find somewhere else to go. Always reliable and super friendly staff Sofia has been a wonder in the past but today I met Beatriz and she was a delight to be around. I’d make the 20 min trip again, instead of going to the one down the street!!

Went to TitleMax on Broadway/Kolb when our dog had emergency surgery on a Friday evening (8/6/21) and we needed fast funds. Alejandro helped us and was very friendly and understanding. He explained our options clearly and in terms I could understand, as I don't know much about loans and interest rates. He answered all our questions thoroughly, and worked quickly and efficiently to help us get the money we needed for our Lucy's lifesaving surgery. While waiting for the loan to finalize we chit-chatted and found that we have a lot in common with Alejandro, and I felt like we became fast friends! I'd definitely refer my family/friends to Alejandro at this TitleMax location, and I look forward to seeing him again. Thank you for all your help, Alejandro! Lucy's surgery was a success and she's doing well now at home, recovering :)

After work today, I went into your Broadway office & was greeted promptly & warmly by Marcella, who was assisting another customer. She was very kind & let me know she would assist me soon. Two more customers came in, as well as her co-worker. Marcella graciously welcomed them and let them know they would be assisted shortly. The office was calm & relaxing. Marcella has an angel like quality about her & although the computer froze on her multiple times, she never showed any kind of stress or impatience as you could expect in that situation. Marcella was able to get my loan approved but due to another system failure, she was unable to print my check. Once again, her angel grace made solutions & got the job done!! I am so GRATEFUL for Marcella's EXCELLENT customer focus & service!! She has a beautiful ability to make lemonade out of lemons!!! Marcella, you are 100% lovely & professional!!
