Set appointment for 3 showed up 30 min early and they got done in less then hour great service

i gave them the address to send the title to the car now I called because it’s been over 3 weeks and I haven’t gotten it yet , it turns out they send the title to an address that I never gave and don’t have and to top it off the lady behind the desk still has the nerve to say that they aren’t responsible because when we signed the lease it clearly says that they aren’t responsible for title loss?!?! If they would have done their job as they here trained we wouldn’t be having this problem right now !

i got a 500 dollar title loan and i only owed $75 in fees/interest. Took only 30-40 minutes, most of which was spent waiting for approval from management at another site (The attendant was really quick and efficient with the whole process). Easily paid off via the app on the first payment to avoid the fees. DEFINITELY DONT BORROW WHAT YOU CANT PAY BACK IMMEDIATELY. interest rates were obviously RIDICULOUS and stack up quickly after the month/payment period.
