Ok, I’m not the kind of guy to typically leave reviews but I feel compelled to in this situation because of the service I received. First & foremost, the application process was very simple and quick. I was completely surprised at how painless the entire process was compared to others I’ve dealt with before and, believe you me, most other places aren’t worth your time. Not so with this place. I would recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. It took their underwriting department about 20 minutes to come back with a decision but it was well worth the wait. I would definitely do business with them again for sure.

I absolutely got to hand it to the ladies that assisted me with my needs. They were very nice and extremely helpful. I had filled out online and was contacted within minutes and set an appointment. Once I arrived Ms. Ashley was already preparing my request which made it go so much easier and faster! All in all stress free hassle i was looking for!!! Thank you so much for helping me!! I was a last minute walkin but Joy, the associate that assisted me, was so nice and never acted like I was an inconvenience. Joy's customer service was beyond amazing. And Lonnell, the other associate there at the time, was very nice and showed the awesome teamwork these two have. Lonnell kept up with the process to ensure Joy didn't need anything to help with the process for my transaction. The customer service these two have was beyond exceptional!

I did a pre-approved application before I went in. I called before I went and spoke with Lakeisha to make sure I had everything I needed. When I got there I was greeted and everyone is so nice. The application process was not long and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Knowing you can download the app and keep up with everything about your account is great. They let you know all your options. Lakeisha is very nice and sweet and I’m glad she was able to help. Great place to go for a title loan
