I was treated so kind. The professionalism in this place was above and beyond amazing. From the time I walked through the door Rico the manager was awesome. But All praise goes to “MARLENE”for her patience, kindness, professionalism and welcoming feeling she gives off. She helped me with everything and she did not pressure me she was honest and upfront, she understood if you do Decide to visit them I will highly recommend her if you want to be relaxed and comfortable while waiting for approval. Everyone there was kind and great staff it’s just she helped me so she was my first impression along with Rico and his boss.

I love it here, everything so clear and laid out on the table. And I can ask all the questions I need to feel confident! The app is amazing too 💯 out of 10 would recommend

Thank you Rico. Great service Fast forward 1 year later. Shortly after receiving my loan I lost my job due to Covid and was unemployed with zero income (denied unemployment) I recently returned to work 3 weeks ago. I advised title max of my situation and today they came and took my vehicle. I didn't receive a phone call or any written correspondence from them attempting to make an arrangement prior to coming for the vehicle. My phone number at the time of the application has since been disconnected so as they were attempting calls to that number they were not successful. However the application process requires you to provide names phones numbers and address of 4 references I provided my mother, father, brother and best friend all who do in fact have the same phone number and if my parents got a call on their phone asking for me they would have paniced/been worried and let me know about it. Additionally my address has not changed as that is where they came and towed the vehicle but I never received any written correspondence or collection notices. I understand that I had a contractual obligation- I never anticipated losing my job and being unemployed with absolutely no income for as long as I had been and yes I was in default of said contract but the fact that this company did not do their due diligence in attempting to contact me to see if I was able to do anything at all to satisfy my obligation in order to prevent them coming to get the car. I'm not sure I would have been able to do anything but I certainly would have tried because now I'm finally back to work and now have no transportation to get there. When I called to today to ask why I wasn't contacted and to inquire if there were any options available they repeatedly said they tried to call my (old) phone number when I asked why they didn't reach out to any of my references she again said we tried to call your phone and my only option is to pay the full balance with interest and late fees in 1 lump sum and when I told him that was not an option nor was the car worth that amount he hung up on me!!! Terrible business practices

The people are very nice however DO NOT get a loan form here; the interest that you will pay back far exceeds the worth of the original loan. The process will take at least 4 hours and you have to get the money on their prepaid debit car. If you’re in a serious bind and this is your last resort, search around before coming here.
