Leaving my review now after starting the loan and making a payment. Brad did my loan who was simple amazing and I wish you the best of luck! Jocelyn took my payment and I even got a sweet little gift! She really loves her job and you can tell. She is the first one to greet you, even if she’s busy. This location is very nice. It’s very clean and smells so fresh!

Victoria is awesome, she has always been helpful and willing to go over and above to make sure we are in good standing. The customer service and experience here is far beyond measure and would recommend highly when in a pinch, they give and hand up not hand out with care.

Joslin and Victoria were great with helping me with my first loan. Very transparent and not pushy whatsoever.

To be honest I do not recommend places like this but this location I will say is an exception! I have had family come here and say the same thing. This Titlemax location has always had the best customer service. Jocelyn will go above and beyond for her customers. She takes care of them just like she would her own family. When given the loan there was no hidden fees, no hidden anything (unlike other places). It is as real as it gets here. You have to pay it back on time or early if you want to do these loans right! Believe me! It isn’t hard. Just pay. And listen when you are doing the loan. This office is amazing!

Always a pleasure with Jocelyn and whatever staff members she has with her. Been here on and off for a couple of years. Great customer service, always a fun time and even once you get the loan, communication is where it’s at. They don’t change their attitudes, they don’t change policies, they are as 100% as they can be from start to finish! I definitely recommend this location.

I think this location is absolutely everything you would not expect! For one they are very cautious with covid going on. They cleaned up before letting us sit. It was just amazing how they treated us. Jocelyn and Vic both greeted us right away even if they were both busy! We also had a good laugh. They went through every little detail about what to do and how to make sure I get this paid off. I have no doubt after reading the contract in more detail as long as you make payment and more than the payment you will pay it off. I’ve had a loan a number of times here. This location will always contact you back no matter the situation. They were more than happy during this pandemic to help as much as possible. Jocelyn herself was helping people. Jocelyn has been at this location for a long time and I have been in the office at times when I know I wouldn’t be able to keep my cool but she does. I def recommend going to this location. Great rates (for a title loan that is), affordable payments, and amazing staff! This is a car payment, you have to pay it. No loans are for free.

Thanks for the short term loan Joselyn. Very informative about how to get out quick and to use for emergency purposes only. Not pushy. I could have gotten more and I was told but didn’t force it on me. I will come back when I need another quick loan because of that! Great customer service and a lot of fun. You walk in to a clean and friendly environment! Jocelyn I know is smiling under her mask (hahaha)! She was a little busy but still made it her position to greet me when I walked in. You can be in a bad mood walking in (me) but as I left I was no longer in a bad mood. Jocelyn will make you laugh. She is so sweet. She doesn’t treat you like a number. **This is a must read review** I was not going to forget to leave you a review! Lol Almost did though but Jocelyn and her staff were great. I can honestly say I only came to this location because the reviews were great. Jocelyn seems to have been around awhile so that made me want to come to this location. (She takes a lot of the glory on the reviews) She made me feel 100% comfortable with everything. The payments were actually affordable. When I went in there I was thinking crazy high numbers but I was completely wrong. Her staff helped also even when they started getting busy, everyone was laughing, helping, feeding people snacks and drinks. And to end the loan she gave a goody bag! That topped it off. Jocelyn has been around for awhile. She knows her stuff. I had someone else do my loan a month or so ago and I was not told everything Jocelyn told me. Thank you for that Jocelyn. This is not a horrible thing to do, it’s actually an okay thing as long as you pay it off fast! Go with doubling your payments and get it paid! Use this type of loan as an emergency loan.

Had a loan for long time on and off. Jocelyn went and above and beyond for me. She went over everything. She didn’t force anything. She was very patient with me. She made sure the money was on my card and made sure my app was updated.

All thee above! Came in to do a loan and had the best time ever. Snacks, water, treats. Jocelyn and Victor both did a good job explaining the loan terms. Decent price for a title loan. Long time customer - Currently paid - This Location is really nice. No matter what Jocelyn is there. She needs to take a day off though! New guy Daniel seems to fit in well with Jocelyn. He has a great personality! This location only will make sure your loan goes the way it is supposed too. You will get your title back but pay attention on how. They have great rates and affordable payments. You just have to pay! It’s very simple. Go down and see Jocelyn and Daniel. You will see how great they are.

If you need a loan this is the place to go!!! I even drove out of my way to come here. Wow is really all we need to say about this location. Before going to this location I read all about the infamous Jocelyn. She really is a ball of joy! I went in and was met by a gentleman named Cristian. Great Customer service, offered water and snacks. Then I met a wonderful lady named Dulce, who by the way has a soft but very great personality and then I met the Jocelyn. She smiled, her came right up to me and welcomed me and a great hand shake. Jocelyn and her team were very compassionate! They wanted to know everything about me and they actually cared. You never get this type of service anywhere anymore but this team does makes you feel like you belong! I applaud all three of them. I hated to get this loan but honestly I did not regret it. Go check this team out.
