We went in today to get a loan today we spoke with the manager Alondra she was amazing she was very professional and took care of all our needs i would recommend her to anyone. She was training another and taking care of everyone that came in i was very satisfied with her help.

If I could I would give this place 10 stars. I walked in very defeated after going everywhere else in town. Cristy was very welcoming and very friendly, cheerful attitude, Excellent customer service skills, bilingual, my opinion the best in Casa Grande! Cristy gave me options on how to pay back the loan on my terms. The process for me was fast and simple and I recieved the money the same day. I came in late on a Friday around 3-3:30 and within the hour I had the money I needed before 430.

Received great service from Christy. She was very professional and attentive to my needs. Would enjoy doing service with this company again.

Update: Another 5 stars for this location. Today I went in for some hello with something. Alondra and Cristy who was working alone, helped me, helped a couple others who came in and answered calls. Very sweet and knew what she was doing. People in this office are awesome! They are so friendly. Gave us water, gave my daughter treats. I was highly impressed. I highly recommend this Titlemax. I most definatly will take my business to them in the future.

She had an answer for every question I had & was very time efficient when I told her I was just in a hurry. The store was very clean & even had an area for children that my daughter really enjoyed. She showed us ways to pay our loan off quicker and she worked with us and had a lot of useful information. We even found out that she supports many different organizations within her community. On our first visit my family and I came in hot, thirsty, broke and nervous. They quickly handed us cold water, candy/treats and soon after- a check for a loan on our vehicle! These ladies are so kind and treat us like friends more than customers. They also do a lot of good for our community such as provide water outside for passerbys and free back to school haircuts! This is overall a great company!
