I stopped into your East Alton Title max store, just for some general information on a title loan and Amber and Samantha were quite helpful and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision... didn’t do any business with them this time around but if I do get in a pinch I will definitely go to that store for help... it was quite a nice store very clean and inviting

Had a great time at Title Max in east Alton! I love coming in to pay my loan and they are hosting community events, today they had pet adoption with a Dog named Ruby from the 5 A's a local shelter. Amber and Josh always leave me smiling and happy to know I'm being taken care of with their great customer service, their fast work, and amazing personalities! Will definitely be back if I need another loan!

Service is good but the interest rate is at 95%. Every time I made my $296 payment for a $1800 loan my balance would go back up come the next month back up to the original amount. After 6 months of paying the $296 I still had to pay $1809 to get my title back. Save yourself the headache and find better loans out there. It is not worth the money after all the interest fees. For the $1800 loan I ended up paying $3585 dollars and still had 1 and 1/2 years left to pay off the loan. DONT DO IT!!! Trying to put real info out there because these other reviews must be fake or employee’s making themselves reviews for business.

Sam!!! I’m team Sam! She is fantastic. Had a bit of a delay while in her office and while I’m getting ‘antsy’ after a couple of hours, not Sam! She is professional and dedicated along with being friendly. There was a system problem and while we waited for the help desk to respond she kept her calm demeanor. I was so impressed but! The best part was this took 2 hours past her time to leave. She didn’t show anything but professionalism. Wonderful to have her on our application.
