I worked with Luis today and he was more than empathetic to my situation, very knowledgeable, friendly and knew his way around the business. I will definitely be coming back for the customer service as he and Al have a great working relationship and know how to have fun while building rapport with everyone making you feel welcome. Great place to help you out when you are going through a rough patch. I LOVE this place. The manager named Shandon was a such a pleasure to get to know during my visit. I feel like he rolled out the red carpet just for me! He had such a wonderful and hosting personality, rivaling that of Willie Wonka when you visit his chocolate factory.

After a stressful day trying to decide if a title loan was really the route to take, talking to every company in Wichita, and feeling like there wasn’t going to be any way to obtain a reasonable loan immediately... I did try the TitleMax location off Rock and Harry. Now, Alex did a fantastic job via phone call to get us to come into the store and inquire about all possible options for us. We went to the store and Al was the man waiting at the door, fully confident in his ability to help us get what we needed. The other companies were saying 600 max and this man blew the other companies out of the water. I am being 100% honest with saying Al has been doing his job for a long length of time, you can see the dedication he has with helping customers get to their desired number needed to breathe easy for a good time frame. As well as making it easy to repay the loan obtained. He’s went out of his way to ensure the title transfer went smoothly while going to the tag office with us, made sure the funds were available for use, and finalized the process quick and easy. I recommend that Al be your only turn to if you’re in need of any assistance. He has a positive personality, a warmth he radiates, and confidence with experience to back up this review. Al worked on my loan, and he did a good job processing it. Especially considering the fact that he was the only employee working that day, and he had to process many loans simultaneously. He had a positive attitude, and was very professional.
