When I was in a pickle and needed money for financial needs, I was able to come here and get a help. Charlie was very professional and friendly and helped me very quickly! I was in and out in under 30 minutes tops and I was approved for more than I expected, and the payments fits right in my budget! Fantastic location, and I’d highly recommend it to others who are in the same pickle I was in.

Loan process was fast and easy. Even the associates at the loan place are all great amd really do make you feel welcome. So for the 3 stars. I got a $3000 loan with a monthly payment of $756 like that can be a rent payment. Looked into refinancing after paying that rediculous amount for 3 months. Came across one main financial. They have the same great service and guess how much I got? 15,000!!! With a monthly payment of only 462 for 3 years, and I have the worse credit and was able to just use myself, my own income and car, nothing different from title max. Yes title max does all it can to get you your title loan but it also does all it can to make sure you keep coming back. Your numbers really don't add up when it's put right in front of your face. Check out One Main Financial before putting yourself into a hole.

Poor communication timing, mobile app makes it extremely difficult to make payments with its barriers, corporate customer service never respond back to feedback, complaints, or assistance when local branches do not do everything to check all communication channels. If you complete your payments, and find yourself needing a new loan, find another company. Harassing phone calls when they don’t even confirm your attempts reaching them.

I have been overall happy with the service here, until today. I have a payment due, and cannot reach anyone at the store or at the toll free main line. Says technical difficulties, leave a message then hangs up? Chat on site doesn't work. I don't know what options I have and now have to stress about losing my car, because they can't get themselves together?

Relentlessly unsupportive to circumstances due to/impacted by COVID-19. Even after negotiating and positioning their “care to help”, they will even call you from their personal phone numbers. I’ve had to report of few to the FTC. May need to seek outside legal assistance.

They lost my title after I got my loan and paid it off 3 days later. They also lied and told me that the DMV received my title and that they were currently processing the changes. I CALLED, the rep at DMV says they never received anything. 60+ days later and I still don't have my clear title. Not to mention the 2 car sales I missed due to their incompetence and inefficiency. I am highly dissatisfied!
