The workers are fine. The issue involved paying online. I paid off the loan on 4/28/2022, online. I received two e-mails thanking me for the payment, and and for paying off the loan. I waited patiently for my title. On 5/26/2022, I called the office, and was informed that the online website does not report to the office. What? To the person's credit, he did state that it is a "bad system". If I need a title loan in the future, I will look elsewhere.

Darwin was a great Agent. He was very professional and honest. I recommend you do business at this location. Everything was quick and was funded with the money i needed. The staff was very friendly office smelled nice and clean definitely loved the experience

If you are looking for a loan I would defenitly recommend the location on Boulder hyway. The manager Darwin is most professional and friendly. His staff represent him well. Also Brenda was friendly and took care of our needs. This place make you feel they really appriciate you, not like other places they make you feel they are doing you a favor by letting you borrow money.

My wife and I ran into some trouble where we had a deadline to meet and didnt have the cash for it. they took some pictures and were able to get us approved in like an hour. all in all pleasant experience, would recommend.

Got myself a car title loan, and it was fast and easy. It didn't take longer than 30 minutes. They were all friendly too , the manager Darwin was nice and did what he needed to do. He was also respectful. TitleMax helped me get by for a couple more weeks. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
