Adriana..is a very good customer service operative in which I've been consistently doing business with her team staff and manager. Though it seems others may give ratings based upon bad experiences. You have to remember that at what you borrow..should be able to repay back at what you can handle because its a business for profits being no different than another or financial institution.

I came in unsure if I wanted too do a title pawn I have heard so many horror stories and was a little unease but after talking with edna she made me feel so comfortable she made sure I got what I needed and had a clear understanding on how to get my title back. If you have any questions she is really the person you should ask for she take her time with you and you can tell she really cares.....

Writing a review for this location is extremely necessary!!! The agents here doubled teamed together and helped me out of a serious situation. Andrea and Edna was simply doing their job but at the same time they educated me on title bye outs and how to use my voice. The other company I was with were not working with me and Andrea coached me to speak up to the other company and with that changes were made. Edna and Andrea kept repeating to the 3rd party they are trying to help me. It felt very good to hear other women advocate for me. Come on in and you’ll see they can help you also. I see also all the women in here work together to help us genuinely.
