I don't know anyone who is "happy" about having to get a title loan on their car title! With that being said unfortunately I had to go that route a week ago and I was more than impressed with how Steve handled everything! Not once did I feel rushed or pressured and he made sure I understood EVERYTHING in the contract. He actually made the process feel very comfortable especially knowing this was my first personal loan! More impressive was the time frame from start to finish...less then an hour!
