TitleMax Title Secured Loans Independence Ave, Kansas City

I am a returning customer at the title max in Sugar Creek Mo and the manager there Paul is rude and acts like he doesn’t really want to do his job. I was looking into doing a title loan buyout and again he didn’t really want to go through the process. So, I called the title max on Independence Ave and spoke with Denise. She was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. Very pleasant and great attitude! From now on I will be doing business at this location and not Sugar Creek.

I got service from Ariel. She is a real sweet heart and was completely professional. Thumbs up highly recommend asking for her if you are needing something when you come here.

Denise lovely lady and does her job well, helped me quick and fast with no trouble great service and was very nice and also took her time with me.

Ariel is a fantastic addition to the TitleMax team. She is very professional and polite and has a great style. We need more people who are like her in the workforce. They come to work READY to work with a great attitude. This TitleMax is very clean and professional! The Manager, Denise is also very kind and assisted my representative with our transaction.
