I got here and I have put her through alot but she was very understanding and patient and got the job done!! Definitely recommend anyone to come here and speak to either of the girls!! I applied for a title loan for the first time, not knowing what to expect or how the whole process actually worked, but thanks to Shelia at Title Max in Troy, I was able to secure a loan and she was very attentive and patient explaining everything to me, and answered all my questions in great detail. She really went the extra mile to help me figure out how much it would cost me in interest each day so I would know exactly how much I would have to pay back within a certain time period. I’m glad she was the one who helped me secure my loan, she made me feel comfortable and less anxious about taking out a title loan.

We drove an hour from Illinois to get help from title max because we were in a pinch and Illinois no longer allows title loans. This was the best expirence I have ever had with a title lender. The staff is amazing friendly and so helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were welcome comfortable and understood how the process went. If you live in illinois and need help and have used title max before it is worth the drive. I over heard them with customers that were struggling and they were so nice and helpful and understanding!

They are always willing to work with you and are much kinder than I expected from that kind of large business. The app works well too and is easy to use my favorite feature is the call store button that allows you to call the store your loan is with by just tapping. Overall I've had a pretty good experience with them.
