This branch doesn't have staft other than one teller. We had an appointment but no manager showed up. Absolute joke of a business.

My account was locked 3/1/22, I called the fraud department and was told that in order to get it unlocked I would need to go into a branch and provide two forms of ID which I did. I was told by the teller Racquel Aguilar that I could email my social security card to her work email and that my account would be unlocked within 24 hours. It is now 3/3/22 and still it’s locked. I contacted the fraud department again and was informed that no documentation was ever submitted to start the process. Now I am worried that an employee has my personal information and did not even use it to take the block off. This is the WORST BANK I have ever been to, I visited again today and she doesn’t even know how to take the block off and instead of being honest and saying she doesn’t know her job she prefers to have me sit for 3 hours and nothings done.

This is the absolute worst branch in the entirety of the company, by far. If there was a "zero star" rating, I would have given them that. EVERY time myself or my husband come to this location for convenience, SOMETHING is wrong or there is a "new policy" and we can't conduct our business. I have made formal complaints with customer service and spoke with a "manager" but was basically told nothing would come of my complaint and there would be no follow up when a teller was repeatedly rude to my husband. This branch alone has made me want to switch banks and empty my account which I've held with suntrust for over 15 years now. DO NOT go to this branch. Worst customer service in the company, has "policies" that have not been in effect at any other branch and just a damn waste of time.

Takes way to long to get even just a check cashed. Teller spending more time helping customers over the phone then those in the building.

I truly miss SunTrust. I visited this branch because Truist mailed a card and it was never received. I was told by the a Truist representative to visit a local branch and they will provide a temporary card. When I arrived at this branch they advised they were no longer giving out temporary cards and I would need reorder a card. I received the card in 3 days however, to my surprise I had a $30 charge. I was NEVER advised of a fee so I called Truist expecting a solution fairly quickly. Unfortunately that was not the outcome. A month later I am still fighting with the bank for $30 refund and everyone, including the branch manager and lead teller, refuse to issue a refund and basically said I was lying. SunTrust would have never allowed a customer to go through so many hoops for an error on their end. Horrible experience and I will be canceling my account as soon as possible.

This is the worst bank merger ever. Super long lines because they are still operating as two different banks under a new “umbrella” company. 45 minute wait for a teller because they only have one suntrust and one bb&t teller, but can not take care of the other banks clients. If I could give zero to -1 stars I would.

Great location, just a block or two away from Capitol Hill. The teller I worked with was polite, fast, and very helpful. Will definitely return to this location when in the area and in need of banking services.
