Haroon Iqbal was my loan representative. He is a really great person I have ever met. Whenever I need help I just called him and he responded immediately if he missed my call. Even, he received my call on Sunday when he was in gym. He has closed my loan process in less than 3 weeks. He worked my CTC when he was in person conferences/training in michigan. He worked my file when he was in break time during his training/conferences. He explained everything very clearly, slowly and confidently whenever I asked questions. Alhamdulillah I have financed two of my recent homes with the help of the brothers at UIF. When we moved from PA to MO, I decided to not ever use conventional loan and started to research on my options. After reviewing multiple shariah based lending options I found UIF to be the one that I can understand and their youTube video explained in very simple way that others could not in person. My experience with Brother Loul and Brother Mayzer Ramadan were excellent. They along with their regional supervisors were always available to explain the details of the process and help along the way. What was most comforting is that they understood the value of supporting a Muslim family transition from conventional mortgage based lending to Islamic lending. Brothers were available over the phone anytime I had questions, often real late at night via txt or on weekends. Unlike typical mortgage companies there were very little surprise and closing on both of these properties in 2016 and 2019 was very smooth. When you are moving across the states with a new job and new school for the kids, last thing you want to stress over is your mortgage process and I can sincerely attest that brothers at UIF took every steps to ensure we had transparent process, timely response and great customer care.
