Update after company response: because a government entity decided to charge your institution fees does not mean that it is justified for me as a customer to be the one who pays them. If your fees went down you certainly wouldn’t be giving me any money back. Also you ARE NOT the only auto loan I have with a bank. However you are the only one that chose to nickel and dime me on a weekly basis now. Reviews are meant for customers to share their interactions and experiences with a company. Sorry you feel the need to justify everything and repeat exactly what you had already told me in an email. You feeling the need to respond and justify to any negative review is further indication of the character that I’m speaking of. It’s fine. Let me know when arguing with a customer in the future helps with a negative review. Had an auto load through them for a year and a half now and have never been a day late on a payment. They like to add little processing fees suddenly and nickel and dime their customers to death. But of course if you enroll with them so they can take your money whenever then they won’t charge you fees. They added this stuff part way through my loan and even though I pay perfectly and with the same card, unless I give them access to draft out of my account themselves, I have to pay a penalty? Tried refinancing with them to lower interest and they wouldn’t even talk to me. I will never ever get another loan from a company like this. You’re crooks!

Johnathan was AWESOME! He handled the call very well and listened the first time! Usually every time I call everyone does a good job! Keep up the good work guys! Never been so happy to make a payment to anyone in my life hahaha. Look forward to continuing doing business with this company. May even get another car through Uniform!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Cheyenne today and she was such a Sweetheart. She was very kind and very helpful. You need more like her to be honest. Thank You for everything and please take care of her it's hard to find good employees like that.

Everyone is so nice and cooperative there of your needs and they will work with you if you need a few extra days with a payment. La'Tasha helped me and was super friendly! I recommend Unifour if you need financial services with your automobile!

I recently ran into some issues and had to contact Michelle T. at the Hickory NC office. She was very professional and worked with me to help resolve my issues. I was very worried and she helped me out so much. I'm glad to know Unifour has people like Michelle T. on their staff.

Cheyenne was awesome! Ran into some trouble with finances during this Winter Storm we had and COVID spikes, but luckily, she was there to help me push back one of my payments as a one time courtesy! Highest interest rate in all of nc. These people have no consideration for anyone but then self's. Truck was reppoed after only 2 late payments. I've never had such poor customer service put of a financial company I will never recommend this company to anybody I know.

I have had my Escape for almost a year now and I’m still loving it. The sales staff @ Village Motors were extraordinarily nice and helped put me in my vehicle. And Unifour Financial customer service have been really nice even the couple of times my payment had to be late. Thank You Unifour. I have purchased two vehicles from Unifore and it had always been a pleasant experience and they are wonderful to work with . I recommend them as a place to buy from also Tanya helped with my last payment and she was great and congratulated me . Explained all I needed to know . And a note on the vehicles I bought a truck and was a great vehicle also I purchased a car also been a very dependable car no issues . So they are good to work with and have quality supply . I've had a account with unifour for awhile now I've dealt with numerous of reps there. I must say La'Tasha was one of the best she listen understood my situation and did her best to help. I think unifour does an awesome job with hiring candidates and La'Tasha is a perfect example of that. And do to her service I would highly recommend anyone to finance through Unifour.

I often times find myself not wanting to call unifour as my calls always end with me feeling as if I have either ruined or made an inconvenience out of the day for the person helping me, I can say with all honesty that talking with Jessa was the exact opposite, she was extremely friendly and such a joy to speak with, which says alot as its not often you find yourself using the word "joy" to describe many customer service experiences, especially over the phone. Jessa, thank you for doing what I thought was impossible and making interactions over the phone with finance companies such a pleasure, I can only hope other future interactions will be equally as pleasant and rewarding.

I ever trust this Company and you guys should not either. You would be a fool to finance here!! .I did and I will never ever be back here again! I believe everyone should be reporting this Company to the Commission, SEC, and the bureau. They need to shut this place down!!!! I spoke with Tanya this morning (2/17/22) regarding the installation of auto pay and possibly changing my installment payments. Together, we both concluded it was best to leave as is. Tanya was incredibly helpful. She went over and beyond in attempts to aide in my current dilemma. I am truly humbled by the personal care and attention she provided … I left our conversation feeling that she really cared for me … that this just isn’t someone in a job doing what she has to do but someone who truly cares and is empathetic to the needs of those she serves! Wow. Ms Stephanie really went above and beyond helping me. We had all of our accounts hacked and she walked me thru how to pay using my checking instead of my card which had to be stopped. She was so Courteous and prompt. She is just my situation immediately and explained everything to me fully. I gave four stars as opposed to five for my experience with Unifour in general over a two year span so far. If I had to rate my experience based on Nicki today, it’d be a five solely for her professionalism, friendly service, and empathy. She was outstanding! In the beginning there was a zero grace period which kept me on track, but at times proved difficult when you just needed a day. Overall, I’ve never had anyone be rude to me or anything other than professional. Since COVID-19, I’ve had to ask to pay late a couple of times and they worked with me with no hassle. I’ve paid the interest off and I’m moving along on the principal. My credit is improving because they report my on time payments and even if I pay a little late they don’t report it as derogatory. I feel like a lot of people complain unfairly about a company without admitting you might not have been upholding your side of it. They’ve upheld their side to me with no issues and I’d finance with them again.

TERRIBLE!! I have had my 2008 Ranger since 2019. I have been making my payments like clockwork some payments larger then required. In August I was asked if I was interested in trading my truck. I told them not at this time. So on 10/8/21 I spoke with a manager Erin. I told her that I live in SC and it is raining and that it is a long drive. She said that rain brings a better deal. She said I probably qualified for little to NO money down. Well I waisted most of my day just to be told that unifour wouldn't do the deal without any money down. I was under the impression my great payment history would warrant a no money down deal. Boy was I wrong! I am tired of paying a super high interest rate I don't want to finance my current vehicle I just wanted to our vehicle with a lower interest rate but they refuse. Terrible. I'm unpleased that I was led to believe that I would qualify for a better deal I was wrong

My daughter bought a car from Ez Way and this place was doing the loan part of the car. Well they took her down payment and then called her to tell her to bring the car back for some still unknown reason. This happened 09/2021 and here is it a week later and the money still has not been refunded. They say they can’t put the down payment back on her card and they can’t cut her a check. So if I was anyone of you that are thinking about using this company I would seek help with someone else. You will jump through hoops and get the run around. So definitely don’t use this company. I have also just don’t a complaint about this with the BBB known as the better Business bureau. The response they gave is a lie. They have not tried to refund her money to her card because the bank would be able to see it on their end and then refund it back to her. Which neither party has done. The bank has spoke with the owners daughter Shelly and so have I and this still has not been resolved. So it has now been given to the DMV Inspector and also Action 9 News is taking the matter to get her HER MONEY. So see ya soon……

Epiphany and the Unifour family are great! She has been our account manager for quite a while. She worked with me during my surgeries and doctors visits and understood when I needed a little extra time on my payments. I appreciate everything so much!
