The process was simple and hassle free, I filled out basic information put in requested amount and in minutes I was approved. I did not have to submit a ton of paperwork or read through toms of disclosure before getting approved. Representatives were very professional and quick to respond to my questions. My credit is fair and I was still given a chance. I am grateful because of this company I will be able to have my procedure finally! Applied for a $12,000 loan for a procedure. I then informed the representative of United Medical Credit that I no longer needed the full amount and only needed a portion of the loan. The representative advised me that they would only send the medical practice the amount they needed from me and send the reminder of the unused funds back to LendingPoint (the bank). They sent the practice the amount needed but never sent the remaining funds (that I didn’t use) back to the bank. Now the bank is stating that I still owe the money. At this point, I am getting lawyers involved.
