If I could give ZERO stars I definitely would!!! Be careful of the "so called manager " (Lynda V. located at the 2550 S. Rainbow Blvd, Ste E1 Las Vegas, NV 89146 office) She is a LIAR and SCAMMER! When communicating with Lynda regarding my loan I asked to set a payment arrangement to pay the balance off due to me relocating from Vegas, Lynda agreed, I sent my debit card via email per her request and said to debit my account for my initial payment. Literally 10 minutes later Lynda stated that she changed her mind and that they would need a FULL $3800 dollars when I only borrowed $2000 with interest totaled $2883.06 per my contract. I requested via email for a reasoning as to how quickly Lynda changed her mind, yet Lynda refused to answer my question via email, yet she only wanted to talk over the phone (MAJOR RED FLAG). For the past hour I started getting phone calls from some random men saying where do I live so they can "repo" my car. When calling other USA locations to file a complaint I spoke to Gloria who stated her name was Ana the real manager, Gloria then proceeded to put the "real Ana" on the phone after I asked for their Corporates phone number, they claim there is no Corporate number nor anyone to file a complaint. When speaking to Ana- I stated, I have all emails that I have been trying to make a payment with Lynda as she refused, Ana completely disregarded my complaint. They are ALL in this scam together and LIARS. Lynda will beg you via text and phone calls to give her a good review, again, major red flag. This company should NOT be in business. Pleaseeee take your business elsewhere.

Best title loan place in West Vegas! I want to thank Katty for being such a great help. She made me feel comfortable and gave me great rates. The process was very easy and I walked out with the cash I needed in about thirty minutes. I’ll definitely be coming back here!

This place was awesome!! Linda was so awesome and made the experience very easy!!! Called first to find out location and what we needed!! She gave us all the info and from there the rest was so easy!!! We went to her location on rainbow blvd Las Vegas and after all documents were received about 10-15 minutes we received payment!! There amazing have great customer service I would recommend them if your in any need of fast money as long as you have your Title of your vehicle and prove of income they will do there best to help you. I was scare at the beginning because this places have a bad reputation but the way the manager explain the loan process plus her experience in the business and the best part she does not make you fill bad for asking for a loan. she is amazing. My husband and I took out a loan to pay some unexpected expenses. I am 78 and my husband is 82. He has been fighting cancer for the past five years. Not long after we took the loan things went south quickly. Jim went in and out of the hospital with the final time in Oct 2021. Jim did not come home. I went to USA Money Today and with the help of my neighbor (I'm greek and I do not communicate in English as well as I would like). We met with Lynda, and explained the situation. She assured us it would be OK. After a brief phone call she came back to us and we came to a very gracious agreement. LYNDA, THE MANAGER AND USA MONEY TODAY is an awesome place to do business. Went here and saw allot of good review. Talk over the phone with Lynda Verdugo she told me what I needed and sent an email which made everything easy of what I need so I had all my paperwork when I got there. Great place friendly and welcoming when I got there. Lynda went through all the paper work and explain everything to me it was so easy and fast not even 15 minutes. I highly recommend this location.
