Western Products 45th St, Fargo

Western Products did an amazing job! They installed a new storm door for us and it's exactly what we wanted. The installer was quick and professional! My wife and I liked how they reached out after the installation to make sure we were happy with the result. I would highly recommend Western Products!

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I went from cleaning out my gutters once a year to water in my basement because they didn't install a downspout, water leaking into the house because they incorrectly installed a corner and now I'm having to clean off the gutter protection because they installed it so there is a bulge on the top and all the leaves and needles from my trees are collecting between the gutter and the roofline. They've been out to the house twice and tell me that everything is OK, but my neighbor who has the same gutter and covers (Installed by someone else) has no issues. I'd like to update this review and provide a better rating. However, as noted last fall the the build up of material along the roof line (see pictures) didn't allow the gutter caps to function properly. Instead the water flowed along the inside edge and ran off the end of the gutter - on all four corners! We've now had two water issues in our basement because of this. They also attempted to fix the corner but for two weeks we weren't able to use our back steps because of the ice build up from the water dripping from the seams on the gutter. Like I said I'd really like to upgrade the rating because we've had other projects that went perfectly (and I did rate those accordingly on the Renewal by Anderson page) but after four trips to readjust and redo things it has only gotten worse.

Wow, our experience with Renewal by Andersen has been nothing but a great experience. We just replaced every window in our home. From the first phone call I made to set up a meeting, to the meeting with John, to the day they started installing our windows was enjoyable –I will say it did take longer than we hoped from signing the contract to the actual install; but that was mostly because we were so excited and anxious to get our new windows installed. The install only took 3 and a half days and they installers we courteous and took pride in their work -you could just tell they enjoyed their jobs; which was kind of refreshing to see. From the time the guys arrived at home to do the install, they were focused on workmanship you could tell. I never saw them sitting around taking breaks or playing on their phones---ha, after the last contractor we had at our home for a different project I figured slow work was normal. Not with Renewal, these guys worked hard each day and really made our new windows look great. I am so thankful for the good job and a complete job! Thank you John and the guys for everything. It was a pleasure to work with you. Our new windows look great & they are so easy to operate….and the view is crystal clear (even with the screens). I have had Western Products do work at my house for years. They installed steel siding wrapped all my windows did soffit work also. I have always had a good experience with them . Quality work done on time as promised and their office and job sit crew care about the costumer.

Salesman presented options so that we were able to order an entry door system that met our budget and design goals. Installation was within quoted time period. The installers were on time, kept mess to a minimum, took time to make sure we were happy with finished product. Took our old door system away, and their garbage. Very happy with the quality and appearance of our new entry door system....looks like it has always been there! From our initial discussion at home builder's show, ordering, communication and installation - our experience with Western Products was a positive one.

I had facia, soffit and siding done by Western Products. I am very pleased with the attention to detail and the final look. The crew was very respectful of my gardens and communicated with me about progress and needs. I couldn't be happier with the results.

We had a fabulous experience with the team from Western Products. Nathan and Ryan replaced the wood siding on our house with seamless steel siding. From the beginning until completion (about two weeks), the job was performed with efficiency, courtesy, attention to detail, and immense skill. We are exceptionally pleased with the final product and would recommend Nathan and Ryan without hesitation. They are skilled professionals who not only completed the project superbly, but also made numerous recommendations that improved the final product.

With new siding, soffits, and fascia, our house looks better than new. Nathan and Ryan did the details right. We're looking forward to lower maintenance too.

Dan helped us with home exterior remodeling project. We actually first had our window and doors replaced with Renewal by Andersen---and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to work with them. Because of the connection, we also had Dan quote new siding for our home. We ended up residing the exterior and adding some stone for added curb appeal. As I wrote in my review for the windows, the process from start to finish was so easy! In addition to the siding, we had 12 windows installed also. Both the siding and the window installers were great---everyone we came into contact with was professional, kind and helpful! We love our homes new look from the street. Thank you Western Products for helping us plan, visualize our home with the proposed changes, and really help us make through the process. There were some hard decisions to make and it was a big investment for us; but we could not be happier with our choices. My siding project just finished up and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Western Products! I was happy with each step of this project with talking to Myron at the Home and Garden Show at the FargoDome, to scheduling, working with the installers, and the follow up review at the end. The 2 gentlemen that did the siding install did a tremendous job on the siding. I felt very comfortable talking with the two guys each day of the project and confident with their ability to do an exceptional job. I am very happy with my new siding, thank you Western Products!

I was beyond satisfied with the work done on my windows. I live in an older home and needed to replace the low quality vinyl windows that had been installed by a previous owner about 10 years ago. Both Kathy, in sales, and Dale doing the install were great and I appreciated the care they took in me wanting something that looked authentic to the age of the home. Dale was great to work with and answered any questions I had and even showed me some of the old features of my home that were uncovered in the install process. After the install, everything was cleaned up very well. Thank you so much and I would definitely come back to Western Products for another install in the future. The windows look even better than I'd imagined.
