Great place they helped me get the money I needed and also didn’t hide and of the contract or set me up to fail awesome lady and guy was in there to help me.

I love working with Pam! She’s always so professional and remembers me when I stop by. I have kept coming here for loans when I need to even though the interest rates are high. She’s so helpful with me in getting them paid down quicker.

Pamela and Jennifer were phenomenal to work with!! I came in close to the start of my work shift and they made sure they handled everything and got me out the door in time to make it. Very professional and clean, friendly environment. Definitely recommend going through them!!! :)

Jennifer was very well educated .She prepared most of my information and paperwork over the phone prior to me Showing up in person . I had recently sent my title to DMV for transfer so I did not physically have the title . Iv'e been a loyal customer for years and I have never missed a payment or late with a payment. When I had an emergency last week and tried to get a refinance I was told no. I had gotten a refi before but the person I talked to in the Sheboygan store said for some reason I didn't qualify and he wasn't sure why. He said he would talk to his boss to see what he could do and he would call me back. I asked him to please call me back and he assured me he would. He never called me back in the 3 days since and calls to this location have gone unanswered. Great way to do business huh?

I took out a loan here at Wisconsin auto title loan. Pamela and the other girl is wonderful they work with you and when you go in to make your payments its friendly . Pamela is very caring and cares about her customers.. The man that is in the office is rude very argumentative,snappy. He asked how he was being rude and I explained only to be told that is your opinion. He had called the previous payment and said i was back behind and still owed $20 but no other employees could figure out where he got that from. Will be glad to be done with this place pay it off fast.
