World Finance Pendleton Pike, Indianapolis

My elderly father is a client at World Finance on Pendleton Pike. He came home distraught yesterday because of the poor treatment he received when he went in to get a loan extension. A promo had been mailed to him so he decided to look into it. However, upon entering the location a woman in the branch decided to leave him in the front and yell questions to him from her desk. When he stated he was uncomfortable with talking about private affairs in that manner she became rude and disregarded his loan request and said he needed to make more payment before she would approve him. This is the exact kind of treatment that our community is disgusted with. There is no reason ever to treat a 70 year old man with such disrespect. It was intended to embarrass him and I hope this company is instead embarrassed by its employees. Please do not get a loan through a company that doesn’t respect the hardworking citizens of our community. So sad.

I called to get information about applying and Sasha was rude and unprofessional when I came was greeted nice by the lady in the back, and I asked her to work with me instead of Sasha her attitude is unacceptable. She thinks everything is funny and it’s not funny she needs to work on her customer service skills. -Jamie

Mrs Sasha was on it from the moment I called to the moment she handed me the finances I applied for. Extremely punctual and quite literally very straight forward with information needed to complete application. Walked me diligently through the application, charges, and every single piece of literature relevant to the loan. Also had great busy work banter so it didnt feel like I'm selling my soul quietly in the corner. OUTSTANDING team, very cordial, extremely professional with their business.

I am happy to be doing business with them. The young lady that helped me get approved was very respectful very professional and she talked and walked me through everything. The ladies in this place were super nice and professional. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They explained everything to me in great detail. This was my first time using them and based on this experience I will use them again. In this day and age it is hard to find great let along good customer service, but these ladies gave GREAT customer service. The office was very neat and clean, this was another plus. I just can't say enough about this place!

The staff was professional and attentive which made the transaction feel personal rather than a business transaction. All paperwork was prepared upon my arrival and explained in detail. I have went to world finance two times now and they are very kind and professional. This is the best of all their locations to go to. They are very responsive and it is never a hassle getting a loan from them. Great way to build your credit too! Katherine is my favorite to speak to every time I need information about my loan.
