One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I am a medical student applying for a 4th year medical loan and they are completely incompetent at communication amongst themselves. I hear one thing from one representative and then a lady named Jennifer always comes in and declines the loan. Then, we call back and have the loan opened again, and here comes Jennifer closing the loan again. They say it’s because the situation I have has to be manually passed through, but this is just a total joke. I could not be less happy with Zuntafi and I’m disgusted that I have no choice but to work with people like this to be a medical student.

Love how it takes me less than 10 seconds to pay my Bill! Never had any problems with them at all. Was skeptical at first when I made the purchase from this retailer who uses them. Trust me, I don’t give out good reviews if it’s not granted. Look forward to using them in the future.

Paying high interest rates and they have not been helpful at all with releasing my co-signer)...very unhappy about this service and I think borrowers should do something about this company ---put more pressure on them or get a petition to run them out of business! I would them 1/3 of the one star!

High interest rates, these lenders are legally robbing people.

I keep getting messages and I don't even know what this company is about. Only looked them up to leave a review and I want the messages to stop

I applied for this loan through a dealership January 17th 2022 I did not use the loan, therefore the money was returned. I was then told by customer service representatives that it take 4-6 weeks for the account to close.Today is April 18th 2022 and the accounts still haven’t been closed, I had the money returned January 22nd 2022. I’ve been given the run around by many different customer representatives. Do yourself a favor and do not apply for this loan cause they’ll find a way to take your money, even if you return their money.

All the reviews cover it you can't pay principal and if you pay mor it just discount next month's with no extra progress on the loan for paying early.

I would recommend never using this service if you can avoid it. They are very unpleasant to deal with and are not flexible to work with. The account representatives take forever to get back to you and even when they do most times they aren't helpful. One of the worst experiences I have had to date. Sonja Hawke is very unprofessional and seems irritated by your call, she could care less to help you.

I can never get through to them on the phone. They don’t call me back. Takes a while to hear back by email. Apparently you can do income sensitive for 5 years which I wasn’t aware of. I don’t know of any other loan company that puts a limit on IBR.

I would highly advise against borrowing from this company. The account managers use poor customer service skills, have a lack of knowledge of policies and procedures, and have negative attitudes. There are only four of these women and much about this place indicates small and unorganized. Two years ago I was granted a loan for the summer portion summer of a one summer+ one academic year program. I had prepared for years for this program and the life change. When fall came I unfortunately had to deal with RSLFC again. After several communications with RSLFC and much waiting finances became desperate my student financial aid office contacted them. They were told that I was never approved for the loan as I didn't qualify as my program was non-degree granting. I remember talking to two of less than five women while processing these accounts in my name that would affect my life for years to come and my finances and those of my mother. Not once in dozens of phone calls and e-mail exchanges from May-October did anyone mention nor was it in a place of reference that I was never qualified for any loan with them due to the fact that my program was non-degree granting. Due to this very serious oversight my life was flipped upside down and due to finances I had to drop out of the program. Two years later I am still picking up the pieces of the destruction due to utter and complete complacency. The best part of it all is that not one of these women or their boss would acknowledge any shortcoming on their end or even so much as apologize for any of this. Instead of using basic customer service skills they continuously placed blame on me and treated me even worse than before. As you can imagine the failure of RSLFC to operate appropriately existed in many other ways as well such as paperwork, order, and general communications. I still have a hard time dealing with them for any reason as they continue with their non-client centered, negative attitudes. The website, etc is outdated and hard to use as well.
